Curse of Strahd

Manneo - He looks at the man and says, "My apologies. I do not judge anyone. I am merely pointing out the coincidences of our happening upon groups like this as often as we do. What is the reason for the scattered nature of all of you? By my counts there are several more than you compared to our adversary." Looking at Gwyllen he says, "We may have left that mansion, but it was not due to cowardice. It was due to a lack of information of a foe that none of us has ever faced before and if the owner of that mansion couldn't stand up to Strahd then what point would there have been of being there? Surely, anything useful that could have ended Strahd would have been used by those that perished during the attack.", Turning back to the man he says, "I ask of you to tell us everything that you can about that mansion. And when the telling is done and everyone...and I mean EVERYONE in this camp is ready. We go back to that mansion so that we may reveal what secrets everyone thinks it may hold that will be able to stop Strahd. If I my suspicions  are correct...we will find nothing for it would have been used to have saved the life of the owner of the mansion."

Gwyllen has already begun walking off to see Kasmir as Manneo makes his appeal and she reaches the caravan soon after – “Hello, my good people. I am Gwyllen, and these are my… fellow adventurers... coming this way. I am hoping to speak with Kasmir to pay homage to the elders and gain some valuable advice for our trek.”

Skorn brushes past Luvash, keeping his eyes on him the whole time, then joins Gwyllen with the others, hand now resting on his hammer.

 Standing quietly in front of this house, bathed in the warm light of its lanterns, are three sullen, gray-cloaked figures, their angular features and black, flowing hair half-hidden under their cowls. They direct you inside.

You all see His hovel has a decorated vestibule and a comfortable room beyond with a fireplace. Wooden statuettes of elven deities stand in cubbyholes along one wall. A tapestry of a forest hangs on the opposite wall. He sits by the fire. He says " Welcome one and all"

Gwyllen approaches the elder with a slight bow - "Thank you for your audience, Kasimir. I am Gwyllen, avatar of the Raven Queen and friend to the elves. May we sit?"

She examines the room for clues of who these people are -

Mr. Greenleaf - Flyn will do his best to pretend to listen while standing at attention but actually wants to slowly circle the room while scouring it for anything nifty or food related.

Skorn steps forward. Hail, friend. We were brought here to this land by the devil Strahd, and seek to leave it as soon as we can. We are taking Ireena to Krezk for protection. We would welcome any assistance you could give us.

Mr. Greenleaf - Flyn will creep towards the sword using anyone in his path as cover.
20 Stealth

If he gets to the sword unnoticed Flyn will take the weapon and look at it weapon.
22 Sleight of hand

 As you pull the sword from the corner, the wind changes and a darkness comes over the camp. The camp glows a hot red. Give me a const saving throw

12 Con save

Gwyllen grits her teeth and shakes her head... it seems diplomacy is not something that her fellow adventurers are familiar with. She pulls her cloak over her tightly and crouches low to the ground as the air seems to burn red.
