Considering how many things she has done so far this round, I'd probably have to say no.
I figured I would give it a shot. I guess we better get the heck out of this place ASAP...

Round 3
Giant Spider OA v Zeno: Attack: 16 Damage: 5 miss Quaggoth OA v Kaylyn: Attack: 13 Damage: 9 miss Eldeth v Drow#1: Attack: 17 Damage: 3 hit Eldeth v Drow#2: Attack: 16 Damage: 4 miss Quaggoth v Kaylyn: Attack: 16 Damage: 5 miss Giant Spider Web v Zeno: 24 miss
Hearing the cry of alarm outside, Rhayna quickly opens the unlocked chest, grabs the journal and the holy symbol, and hurries up the ladder, poking her head out just in time to see the dwarf charge past yelling and brandishing a sword. The quaggoth gives up trying to convince its companion to help, and goes out to the door to see what's happening, giving Rhayna time to slip past and start up the walkway towards the north.
Zeno disarms the trapped chest and with Kaylyn's help picks the lock. The second chest is empty save for a pouch made of black silk. Without time to examine its contents, Zeno grabs the pouch and makes up the ladder, with Kaylyn snatching up her rod and following close behind. However Rhayna's hurried departure out the door seems to have alerted both the quaggoth at the door and the creature hiding behind the cushions. As Zeno clears the top of the ladder, a giant spider has crawled out over the top of the cushions and past the seated and indifferent quaggoth, and lunges at Zeno as he passes, narrowly missing his leg. Kaylyn also ascends the ladder, attempts to race out the door, and ducks under a wild swipe from the long arm of the quaggoth. Both quaggoth and the spider chase after the fleeing half-elves.
Sekkar leaps down from the armoury, with a collection of leather armour peices tucked in behind his shield, sword in the other hand, and runs toward the north, closely followed by Joetaro, also holding with a sword and shield. Shuushar follows behind carrying the rope, Sarith with two shortswords, and Jimjar with two daggers, and Stool plodding along behind. Kastix also leaps down from the armoury and covers their escape as his three rays of fire blast into the three drow warriors battling Eldeth. One falls to the ground, and Kastix grins in satisfaction, just before seeing Rhayna, Zeno and Kaylyn approach up the walkway, pursued by a quaggoth and a giant spider. Kastix sees the quaggoth swings a claw at Kaylyn, narrowly missing her back. He also sees the spider shoots a glob of sticky webs at Zeno, but is glad to see it miss due to the rogue's serpentine-like weaving run. Beside Kastix, Topsy and Turvy continue to convulse as long worm-like tails start to protrude from their backsides, and their arms, legs and noses start to elongate!
(Sorry for the long wait. I hope that's everything...)
Rhayna stores the holy symbols in her pocket (or around her neck), look for and catch up to Stool. She grabs the little Myconid and holds it in her arms. “There you are my friend. Sorry I had to leave you back there. Let us get out of this place.” Rhayna follows the others ahead of her. When she catches up with Joetaro, she will hand him his holy symbol.
(OCC: According to the myconid card, their speed is 10ft. So I guess Rhayna will be carrying the little guy a lot. Unless that is not necessary.)

OOC: How far are the groups from each other? Enough for "central" group to attack that spider and quaggoth?
This is roughly where I have everyone Sekkar (green), Joetaro (blue), Shuushar, Sarith, Jimjar, Stool, Topsy/Turvy, Kastix (red), Rhayna (purple), Zeno (orange), Kaylyn (yellow), quaggoth, spider, Eldeth, Drow#2, Drow #3, and more drow further down. It's a little more squished than technically allowed according to the distance gauge, but then most of them are not in combat anyway. Jimjar and Sarith could possibly make it that far, but Sekkar and Joetaro are definitely more than 30 feet away from the quaggoth's current position.
@Kaylyn and Zeno. Are we dashing or are you guys going to try something? I am guess Rhayna should reach Stool on the next round.

Zeno looks behind and sees the big spider right on their tail. “I hate spiders, “ he spits as he launches himself over the bridge rail and into the water below.
It's too late to run to the other direction - Sekkar runs (and leads others who are still with him) still north, to the spot allowing to dive straight to the pool.
Rhayna looks for Stool, she won't leave without the little myconid. "I am going to look for Stool. I will try to join you by the pool." Rhayna yells at Kaylyn. She then spots Kastix. (I am assuming he's right in front of her). "Kastix, did you see Stool?"

So I have Kaylyn & Zeno jumping in the pool via the waterfall, Rhayna running north to catch up with Joetaro and Stool, Sekkar running north to jump in the pool at the north end, and Joetaro returning back across the bridge to meet up with Rhayna and ensure everyone is out. Let me know if any of that is wrong.
Where is Kastix going exactly? Still toward Kaylyn and Zeno?

OK, so I wrote a post here, and decided to throw in a level 5 spell just to keep things tense, got some very good rolls (or bad if you wanna stay alive) and ended up wiping out half the party. So I'm using DM privilege and changing the post.
With the incessant noise of the demons' droning still reverberating through the cavern, the prisoners continue to flee for their lives. Kaylyn and Zeno leap from the slender walkway, narrowing missing the edge of the spiderwebs, and plummet into the pool beneath the waterfall. Both have free hands and are able to fight their way to the surface. At the northern guard post, Sekkar also leaps into the pool, closely followed by Shuushar and Sarith, all of whom have the attributes necessary to swim quickly to the surface despite carrying items, although Sekkar senses some movement in the water nearby.
Rhayna hands off the holy symbol to Joetaro and scoops the chubby myconid off the ground, and both run to the north where Jimjar is about to leap into the pool as well. Kastix brings up the rear, but glancing behind he sees a giant rat rush at the quaggoth's legs, with both tumbling into the spider webs below, while another giant rat leaps over them both to tackle the giant spider. Beyond them he also sees the hardy dwarf felling two more drow warriors with her shortsword. Then through the gloom Ilavara the high priestess emerges, holds forth her rod, and three tentacles writhe forward and slap or grab at Eldeth...
Zeno fights his way to the surface beneath the churning waterfall, and gasps for air. He will use all his movement and Action (Dash) as necessary to swim to the edge. If he feels anything approaching, he will use his Bonus Action to Disenagage. Otherwise, when he gets to the edge, he’ll look to the west for the exit and prepare for any attack that might be forthcoming (by taking the Dodge action).
