Gimble, Misty and Branch can see six bandits talking with each other near the end of the room.
Gniff and Gerrack are still in the trench.
Sildar is waiting for the group to act before continuing.

Misty would wait for Sildar to decide if he wanted to speak to the bandits before she would act. He is the official person here, and she would not move before he did, in case he wished to talk first. She would be prepared to act though, just in case one of her group attacked before talks could be started.
Gimble wants to just be done with this. Whispering, “Those that want to try to talk here is your chance. If not, now is our best chance to take them by surprise.”
As soon as Misty sees Sildar with his sword ready she would prepare to attack. She has no cares for these bandits, since they attacked their sleeping camp several times.
Gerrack, seeing that he is being left behind, moves up towards the others. He sees the others preparing for battle and privately thinks to himself that this is likely to not end without bloodshed, drawing his bow and preparing to take to the air.
(Sorry for the delay. Are the 6 bandits in the narrow hallway to the right of the southern bridge, or all the way at the north end of this room, well past both two bridges, where all the barrels and crates are? I'm trying to get a feel for how far Gerrack can move and whether there's room to fly or not. Also, Gerrack is not a negotiator, so Initiative: 7 )
(OOC: you guys can let me know if you want a different position on the map, i didn't put gerrack on there because i thought he might want to see where the enemies were before picking a spot. Gniff isn't on the map because he hasn't been posting.)
(OOC: let me know what you plan on doing for the surprise round.)
Initiative Order (so far): Misty, Branch, Gerrack, Gimble, Sildar.

(Let's say Gerrack is in the ravine still - assuming it's about 20 ft down or less, that is - and next to Branch. If Branch is willing to ready his action to toss the flame after Gerrack does his action, we can do a bit more damage here...)
Gerrack, seeing Branch lighting a flame, tilts his head and pulls a Oil (flask) from his vest. He then springs out of the pit and flies into the air. Sighting the cluster of bandits, he tosses the flask at the ground centered around RB2 and RB5, shattering it and making the bandits' footing slick and very flammable, shouting"Branch! N-Now!"
(Ranged attack to hit the ground, with advantage, because the ground isn't moving?: 19 or 11)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gniff Initiative: 13
Gniff knows this first encounter could set the whole pace. If he earns these bandits then they could warn others and this endeavor becomes a lot harsher. He grits his teeth and follows the groups attack, staying quiet for now.
He would cast Bless on Misty, Gerrack and Gimble the first opportunity he gets.
