"Don't worry about it." Misty says with a glance up at the sky as well.  "You know how he can be after all."  She glances back towards the path they had been following.  "Care to take the lead again?" She asks the ranger.  "That is if you can keep your eyes a bit more on the trail than on me this time around..." She says the last jokingly and with a wink.

When we depart again, Hymnal falls in next to Edmond. "It's not as though Hymnal got away with stealing Hati's drinks," he whines to the paladin, "The barkeep caught Hymnal and took him to the kitchens to swat his poor tailside. Isn't that justice enough?"

Finnian can't help but shake his head and smile at the strangeness of finding two new allies a few steps off of the beaten path. As the group began to move on again, Finnian keeps his sling ready. While not many goblins had escaped the ambush, there was no telling what could lie ahead.

The juvenile tabaxi shrugs, kicking a loose rock in the path. "Hymnal's only regret is getting sloppy; Hymnal is supposed to be a hero, and only the bad tricksters ever get caught in the stories. Jalijing Huli never got caught in Tales of the Fae or the Reynardine cycle, did he?" He grins. "Besides, Hymnal is determined to make Hati laugh someday; although in hindsight stealing his ale does not seem a good way to build bridges at this stage in our relationship..."

Rilvar despite being oblivious to the road managed to jump back before falling into a pit dug in the road that was covered up.

Misty and Haiti do see goblin tracks continuing down the dirt road. haiti also sees that the woods come to end up ahead. (OOC: only due to the fact he is flying above the party)

Rilvar will move off to the side of the path and continue onward parallel to the path.

"Looks like the goblins continued down the path." Misty says as she watches the new guy head off into the trees.  With a shrug she continues down the path, a bit worried about this new guy, since the path is definitely a lot easier for walking than the forest itself.  Maybe this way he can stop stealing glances at her instead of paying attention to the path ahead though.

Edmond frowns, concentrating, trying to remember something from training about paths......Intelligence10

and decides instead to relax, and focus on current surroundings instead, confident he would remember the lesson, eventually

Hansel will relax as well and order a drink.
