Tarina glances between Ludas and Dalin, giving Bulvii a nod. The 8 other thugs around the table watch Dalin and Ludas as well, clearly waiting to see if they are going to continue to harass their friend Tarina with unfounded accusations.
Dalin shrugs. I only came here for the beer anyways. I mean....to ask about that information we was s'posed to get. He gives Tarina another big smile, and leans forward conspiratorially. How's about I get us some more's and we's can talk.

Back and ready to DM and chew bubblegum. And I'm alllll outta bubblegum.
Tarina nods her acceptance of Dalin's attempt to make nice. "Give me one of em tankards and we'll call it good." She says with a grin, several of her companions chuckling.
Dalin looks down at the 4 he has left, and gives his best unconvincing smile. Umm...I guess I can go get more in a little while. With barely contained unhappiness he slides another tankard across, and looks at the rest of the group with a frown. If anyone ain't gonna finish theirs...

"Much better." Tarina says with a grin, taking a long pull on the tankard, then slamming it down, half-full. "Give us the table will ya?" She asks then, glancing to her companions. They shrug and head off, most heading down to the main floor to get drinks. Tarina then glances to the group of you with a studying look. "So what sort of business are you wishing ta talk bout?" She asks.
Bulvii waits for the players to clear the area before sitting down. He asks, "We were told you had information where we could locate the 'dead three'. We've been sent to deal with them."
"I don't know anyone named Lia..." Tarina says with a doubtful glance at the group. "You sure you were sent to find me?"
(OOC Lia just read you the contract, she was not the one who sent you here... Who was the contract from...)
(Lia did send us to Tarina. The contract doesn’t mention her at all and our company contact told us it wasn’t actually necessary to meet with Tarina. The contract is with Captain Zodge, though)
"Badges were included." Moraug says, pulling six Flaming Fist badges from his pocket and placing them on the makeshift table. "There is also a bit more detail you should be aware of... Lia, can you fill them in?"
"Sure." Lia says with a nod. “A few blocks from the Basilisk Gate is Elfsong Tavern. A spy named Tarina hangs out there, gathering rumors for the Guild. She owes us a favor, so tell her you work for me. Ask her what she knows about the Dead Three. And, for the love of Head Office be nice. Tarina has dangerous friends.”

Ok, should read my own stuff before I respond then! Sorry about that, got mixed up with the actual details and what I modified. Let's go back and Tarina will actually know Lia now.
At Lia's name Tarina brightens up. "So you are friends of Lia's huh?" She asked with a grin. "Well, that changes things..." She says, looking you all over anew. "Lia wants me to tell you about the dead three then, huh?" She looked thoughtful. After a moment a smile curves up her lips again, this one more feral in nature. "I'll agree to tell you what I know if you take care of a little trouble for me." She says. "There is a rumor that a certain Pirate Captain has come into town recently and it is only a matter of time before he finds me here. I want you to deal with him, permanently, when he does so, and then I'll tell you what I know."

Damrius shrugs fine fine. Miss Tarina would you mind having a semi private conversation? It’s business not pleasure I’m afraid

How about some persuasion rolls then... Let's see if you can talk her into it after calling her a cheat...
(Hey, Dalin never called her a cheat. He didn't even know it was cheating lol)
persuasion 10

Make it with advantage since you are getting the 'help' action from a couple others.

Bulvii responds, "A woman named Lia."

Dalin belches after downing another tankard, and pulls out his flaming fist badge, trying to pin it on his armor again.
