In case you guys need a refresher on the current scene:
Someone once said that in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes. It was apt that this should cross your mind now, debt lay behind you, death in front and no discernible way of getting out of either. Times had been hard and despite trying you barely had the coin to live from day to day, in desperation you had turned to Lizzie or Madam if you didn’t want to lose a finger.
Lizzie was a formidable even while dressed in her finery, she expected manners, pleasantries and the finer things in life, which was perfectly reasonable until you take into account that you were in a tavern she owned off the waterfront and she was about as far from nobility as you could get. Elizabeth Butcher was the daughter of Butcher crime family, she had brutally put down anyone in her way, taking the family business in an iron grip and turning it into a fearsome and profitable enterprise.
The tavern has an attempt at sophistication and opulence that clashes with the rundown surroundings, you find yourselves sitting along a table with Lizzie at the head, a gnome plays the harp in the corner, the decor was off the latest tastes among the social elite. And you, dressed in your best clothes had been given the honor of an audience, you had thought you might get an odd job or bit of work off one of her lackeys but not this.
Delicately finishing her meal, Lizzie dabs her mouth with a napkin before snapping her fingers. As a servant clears the table and serve coffee to those at the table Lizzie says “It’s quite fortuitous that you should happen to be looking for employment at this time, I do in fact have a job that requires discretion, it’s mostly transportation of some packages for which you will be paid handsomely on completion”.
Lizzie continues "I need you to first take the carriage out back to 29 Street of the six casks, shouldn't be much traffic at this time of night from us (Tarnished Silver Alley) at that point you will be given your next location. Do not stop for anyone, do not let anyone have access to the cargo, do not mess this up." for a moment you see a glint of malice in Lizzies eyes before she appears to calm and continue " after this you will be given instructions on where to deliver the cargo. Any questions?" Lizzie looks around the table.
Pulling her cloak even tighter to herself as if to keep the invading light at bay Night will ask, "How much are we being paid for guarding and transporting this cargo for you?"
Lizzie waves her hand at one of the servants, as they drop a pouch of coins for each of you Lizzies replies "5g each now for your silence, 10g per package delivered at the end. You manage this without a hitch and I may have some other work for you...fail or worse, cross me and you are as good as dead."
"The next instructions will be from a person? Is the instruction giver allowed to access the cargo in any way? If not and they try....." the golden claws slowly tap across the hilt of a rapier
Consulting what appears to be finger bones etched with runes Lizzie says " There will be a brown haired dog sitting near the door, it will have the next location, it will know you when you arrive. As for the final destination, its about 2 days out of water deep."
"Carriage to 29th, directions from a dog. 2 day trip no stopping or talking to strangers. Got 5gp getting 10 more on completion. If I'm not missing anything I accept. "
Tomat will walk out and look over the animals and carriage paying no heed to the cargo. Just how sturdy it is, do the mounts look fresh and how much room is there.

Racing through the streets Tomat manages to arrive at the destination however the the handling and speed he went at is sure to have attracted attention. You arrive on the street to find a door open with a dog by it. As you dismount from the carriage and approach the door, you door seems to have been jimmied open, the street it largely unlit save for the moonlight. The dog on noticing the group goes to bark but instead a gruff voice advises " The package is located in the living room, get it into the carriage then to 14 Lamp Street near the market." The dog then appears somewhat confused for a moment seemingly losing its determination.

You see Night approach the back of the wagon and bring a completely white owl, Gloomfeather, out from under her cloak. She whispers to it and then launches it in the air and sits back down then her face seems to go blank.

"I will accept this offer, it seems like a fine deal. Though if I may ask, about how far away is the final destination?"
So far this session I have hit my teammates twice, flat-out missed 3 times, and only hit the enemy twice. Trust me, you don't want to borrow my dice.
Vappa simply huffs, his arms crossed. No other physical reaction to what she is saying.

"Well then, what are we waiting for? Let's quickly get prepared and head out before we lose the hour."

@Tamu - The carriage and horses look good, it looks to you like they are using a modified cargo wagon or a old prison wagon.
There appears to be room in the back for 6 people if they sat 3 aside but it would be a tight fit.
OOC: whos taking the driver seat? when you are all ready I'll continue
Without a look or saying anything Night will climb into the back, waiting for someone else to take the drivers seat.
Halakosh takes a second to look at the carriage, memorizing how it looks and where everything is before shrugging and hopping in the back

Tomat will climb up and take the reins. "I'll at least drive the first bit. I'm not stopping until we get to the check point. Keep your eyes open. "
Animal handling 3 (ouch)
Perception 22
(Sorry, hectic week)
Vappa will hop in the back.

Vappa will wait by the wagon.
If Tomat sees anything amiss he will warn Halakosh.
