Brutus does not need a con save, but Fran does and so is Ordrag (Con save DC13 or take 6 necrotic damage).
Fran's bolt visibly wounded the horrific smaller demon near Adray, and ape-demon ordered something else. "The Boss" - shadowy figure that run away from you before - with obvious dislike of the given order - followed the first demon, trying to stay closer to it.
Lulu bravely flew out on the open, covering everyone she could with her aura, while Mooncolor managed to squeeze through the very narrow passage and join the battlefield. (There was some positive side in it - there was no way the monster you left behind could follow the group here.)
Troops were ready and eager - the battle could begin!
Polly's move, then demons attack and we can truly start.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((I believe 30’ of movement can get Polly two squared left of Choir...))
Polly runs to the opening of the passage into the greater chamber and takes in the scene unfolding in front of her.
OwImp wastes no time, the little imp, riding Polly’s backpack, sees a target and chucks a Magic Stone at the D3 Demon. ((Polly bonus action to allow familiar attack via Investment of the Chain Master invocation.))
Magic Stone Attack: 10 Damage: 10
Polly has eyes for bigger game though. Staring at the huge creature Polly places her left hand against her heart in the shape of a first, then thrusts the hand out towards the boss like demon, fingers splaying at the last moment as she says "Boed i'r chwyth hwn eich taro'n farw!" and unleashes two bolts of Eldritch Blast
Too many bodies on the floor affected Polly's aiming, but OwImp strikes true! The stone ripped some flesh from those rotten bones and made the demon to jump up.
The Ape demon seemed to be satisfied with what he saw. He did not jump straight into battle but sent forward two remaining ram-monsters (the stench intensified, it seemed like you would deal with it until demons are fully gone) - one was seemingly fascinated by Lulu and even jumped out of line in anticipation of attacking her, another took his place in front of the "boss". The ape followed close by, not attacking yet, though.
Round 2
Adray D3 Fran Brutus Mooncolor Ordrag Choir B Lulu Polly D2 N D1
Adray will move down a little bit and take a deep breath and spew acid forth across the foes. He then continues with a series follow up strikes with with lightning speed.

Attack: 20 Damage: 6
Attack: 29 Damage: 14
Reminder current AC is 20 with Shield of Faith on 9/10 rounds left
The demon did not have a chance, disgusting maggot infested flesh was turned into the pulp where Adray's fists touched it. But he was not that easy to to kill either.
While D2 was getting his bearings, D3 attacked: Attack: 19 Damage: 8
Spotting an opening for an opportunity, Fran would dart forward with Brutus at her heals. She’d weave between Lulu and Adray, parking themselves between the monk and Ordrag.
The artificer would toss a dagger up, take careful aim with her crossbow, waiting for the perfect angle. Once maximum trajectory range was aligned and optimized, Fran would release a bolt, shattering the dagger into a barrage of shrapnel that projected 60ft forward.
(Prioritizing D1, B and N. Hoping to clip D2 as well. 60ft cone feels spacious?)
(Posting now because I'll be busy the rest of the day)
Choir casts Shatter at 4th level, where it won't hit her friends, but where it will hit N and as many of the minions as possible for 32, half on a DC17 con save.

Ordrag decided he didn't like demons, especially demons that smell bad. With the last obstacle between the group and the citadel now before him, the half-orc wades into battle. A battle-cry of Tyr comes to his mind, but it just comes out as "Raaargh!"
Ordrag will move in beside Adray (2 left and one down, like a chess knight) and attack D2, then D3 if second target required. If Brutus is already beside Adray, then Ordrag will instead move 1 left and 2 down (also like a chess knight) and attack D2, with D1 as alternative target.

That was a massacre (from demon's perspective): Fran's spell was bad enough, but Choir shattered even the big Ape to the core in every meaning of the word, and what was left of the minions found it's temporary death under the blades (and hammer) of Ordrag. Mooncolor with unexpected from the humble celestial bloodlust trampled remains of D1 into the scab.
But the "boss" and the ape demon remained and the former, aggravated by the presence of very opposite to his nature, even lash on the unicorn, leaving long bleeding scratch on the shiny white hide.
((Sorry, somehow I missed that I was up! Feel free to nudge me next time...))
Polly will move three squares down, staying on the outside of the circle... (That's the stink yes? Or did I misremember?) She will then cast Hex on on "ApeDemon" (Disadvantage on Con checks) before gathering up the energie, shouting "Boed i'r chwyth hwn eich taro'n farw!" and casting Eldritch Blast at the same beast.

"Don't go CLOSER to them!" OwImp mutters and complains the whole time, hiding behind Polly while riding her backpack. "You're fragile and delicate! A wimp, really! You don't even have any armor, are you stupid??" The imp raises up just long enough to chuck one of the two remaining [spell]Magic Stone[/spell} s at ApeDemon as well... And with a final curse regarding the things probable heritage, OwImp ducks his head back down and goes back to complaining about Polly being so close.
Magic Stone OwImp Bonus Action Attack: 22 Damage: 5
(The circle is Lulu's aura, stink is gone with the lesser demons)
Polly-OwImp team happily landed their strikes - everything hit, leaving behind small bleeding wounds. But the demon did not run, instead it flew forward a bit, ignoring Lulu's golden aura, and suddenly - shined? Scintillating, multicolored light emitted from the whole gigantic body covering everyone near by - a frightening presence, something too grand to fight - or so it seemed to some of you. (Adray, Ordrag, Fran even Brutus - DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. You can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of turns. No need to run, but you can not come closer if frightened.) ( Lulu: 8 Mooncolor: 18 )
((In mind of the If Not Broke Don't Fix It philosophy...))

Polly moves three squares to the right, trying to avoid being bunched up or lined up with her companions. "Boed i'r chwyth hwn eich taro'n farw!" She calls out again and two sickly green, crackling beams of energy strike out at the remaining foe.
Eldritch Blast Beam 1 Attack: 24 Damage: 12 plus 2. necrotic from Hex
Eldritch Blast Beam 2 Attack: 11 Damage: 10 plus 4. necrotic from Hex
Adray saw the visage and for a moment fear took him. Though it was only a moment. His hand came to his chest in fright and it brushed against the scarred brand. That instance he was reminded of true fear. A fear only a 5 headed dragon could produce. He clenched his jaw and spat back. "You are nothing compared to the terrible queen. Your life ends today."
