OOC: from Saturday I'll be on holidays until the 16th of August. I should have internet where I'll stay, however I'll probably be able to post only in the evening (in Italy).
As we walk through the woods headed toward the dreaded Crows Felxer takes time to survey his surroundings. He is specifically looking for the tracks of exotic or delicious creatures.
Now it's been about an hour to an hour and a half, the weather is nice, you've had no interruptions whatsoever, then you hear something, it sounds like boots shifting on pine needle, it's coming from about 10 feet off the road. What do you do?
Mina draws her bow and nocks an arrow. Quietly, she scans her party, "Any takers? I'll be happy to plant some arrows on them once we figure out who it is."

You see one person, a halfling woman jump in surprise, "Who are you, how did you find me I was hiding, this is not how things usually go. Oh right," She pulls out a scimitar and points it at you, "We are The Crows, drop your weapons, and hand us your gold" As she says that three more step out of the forest, two more wielding scimitars, and one a crossbow.
"You had me at Crows," Mina mumbles as she raises her bow.

Felxer drops to a knee, draws his enormous crossbow and takes aim. "Bandits. Pfah!" he spits on the road. The bolt hurtles from the weapon headed straight for the halfling woman. (12)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fontanne's voice seems to come from the depths of the ocean, "Llyr take you, fools." She hurls a shard of ice at the middle bandit (18, 4 damage), which explodes, dissipating into mist and bathing the target and those near him in a cold, dark blue light.
OOC: Heavily reflavored ice knife. Target and anything within 5' must make a DC 13 Dex save or take 2d6 cold damage.
Shressh gets ready for the fight, especially to heal his companions if needed.
OOC: sorry very limited connectivity here -.- damned Italy, I'll try to have a look daily if I can, but if I'm silent just run my pg. In general he can stay in melee and attack with the Mace, but he'll always keep an eye on the others and disengage to heal if needed. For this combat he waits for an opportunity to strike somebody if the bandits won't remain in a big group and split, probably teaming up with the fighter if possible.
Also for me it's ok if you roll for initiative for us, it would speed the combat.

Always hooded, Shressh follows the group, muttering prayers to the Goddess of Life.
OOC: I'll be travelling tomorrow, if there is action and I don't react in time, just have my character do healing if needed.
Fontanne is constantly surveying her surroundings, committing everything she sees, hears, feels, smells, and tastes to memory. And not learning much.
