(Bummer... I was assuming that, since Nasaar's action was litteraly after the worg went down he would have time to get there, that second, and cast cure wounds, but I am ok if you rule not. Good to know moving forward that there is no chance of stabalizing a fallen enemy once they go down.)
Nasaar sends his healing power into the goblin, giving him 4 HP. He then, knowing it is too late, does his two medicine checks (see above) on the two fallen worgs.
( Good to know moving forward that there is no chance of stabalizing a fallen enemy once they go down.)
To clarify: there is a chance, but it's very very low, unless you take measures to specifically capture the monster. For example, announce before your attack that you are "avoiding enemy vitals". Or that you are "using a bolt with blunt head and a cloth over it". Or that you want to grapple it until it gives up. Or something else you think of.
Short version: reduce your own lethality to make the stabilise DC easy (or even auto-passed).
"Well we are quite good at killing things." Nasaar says as he rises from checking the two worg's wounds. "Could have used those two for mounts, if we had taken a bit more care not to kill them so forcefully..." He shrugs as he wipes blood off on the worg's coats. He pulls out a dagger then and starts to carve chunks of meat out of the dead worgs, adding them to his rations.

Roll Survival for meat quantity.
Worg meat is foul and anyone eating it would need a 10DC Constitution check to keep their meal down. Though if you meet a proficient cook before the meat spoils (3 days), he could remove this penalty from the meat.
Nasaar makes sure to keep the meat seperate from his other rations, taking only enough to add to his rations, but not so much that he cannot carry it all.
Survival check: 10
The rest he leaves for someone else to get if they wish it, or to just leave behind.
"Either we need to drag those guys away from camp, or move our camp." Nasaar says when he finishes, putting his dagger away and wiping the blood from his hands again. "Going to draw other beasts in if we leave them laying here and don't move ourselves."
Gathrik jumps up and looks around with a snarl on his face, as he notices that everything has already ended. He touches his wound, tasting the blood that was left from the impact. Worg’s teeth sank into his collarbone, leaving a row of hole marks, with 2 of them being especially distinguished among the others. “Well, sorry for that. Caught me off guard. Seems you did just without me.”

This worg is particularly unhealthy and after avoiding the areas of meat with pustules, boils or an otherwise unnatural color you are able to salvage 2 rations worth of meat.
Separately, while cutting the meat you find a few scars from weapons that this beast has taken over its lifetime. Around one of them your knife catches on something and nearly breaks. Cutting more carefully around it, you find an unusual looking projectile head, not like any you have seen before, but still recognisably an arrow or crossbow head. It is glowing faintly even without light.
Also, while cutting open the beast's stomach, you find among the unspeakable half digested mass a pouch of coins. 22 coins are silver and 5 coins are gold.
Cutting the second of the brutes was much easier Nasaar found, but he left most of the meat where it was. Finding nothing of interest in this one he leaves the more spoiled meat from the first and takes 3 rations of it from this second one.
Nasaar decides it best not to keep things from the others, not if he wants them to have his back moving forward. He hopes it makes them more inclined to trust him, or at least to believe he is working with them as they move forward.
"Hey, I found a few things in the belly of the beasts." Nasaar informs the group. "There was some coins in the one, and this glowing stone, though the second did not have anything at all." He frowns, clearly non-plussed. He dumps out the coin purse he found, 22 silver and 5 gold falling on the ground. "I'll keep the stone if you don't mind." He says, holding up the glowing stone he found in the first worg's pelt. "The coins you guys can share as you like."
Having finished the kills, Jardor cleans his blade of ichor.
"Well, that was a fun bit of exercise. I agree with Nasaar. The smell of blood is going to bring other predators. And even if we drag the corpses away, the scent will still come here unless there is something we can do to cover it."
He looks pensive for a moment.
"The way I see it, we can bed back down and risk it or we can break camp and travel for an hour or two in the night before bedding down again until day break. Either way is dangerous."
As the others discuss, he takes one of his handaxes and cleaves a front paw from one of the Worg's as a trophy. Taking some leaves and dirt he attempts to staunch the open end of the claw.
[OOC]Let me know if any skill rolls are needed for this. Anyone can probably chop off a paw, but doing it well enough to make it trophy quality might be a different story?[/OOC]

Gara will grab a sling bullet and dip it in one of his stoneware flask. After that he will sprinkle the wet stone with a powder from a pouch and within seconds a dim light, surrounds the stone. He then collects the coins on the ground.
“If you don‘t mind i will collect the coins for now and split it up later?“

"Probably a good idea." Nasaar confirms as he gathers up his pack and bedroll. Pulling out the map he checks their heading and, when the others are ready, starts to lead them a bit away from this camp. "Want to stop in a bit to get a short rest, or continue on to the goblin's camp?" He asks as he starts out.
"I say let's get some distance between us and that site and then we can stop for a breather." He glances over at Gathrik, mentally assessing how far he can make it. "I think we would all appreciate an opportunity to catch our breath before something else jumps out of the woods at us if we can make that happen. Maybe walk us for about an hour or so Nasaar?"

Yarvem wipes his Ykwla off on the skin of the worg as well, kicking the beast to make sure it is truly dead before walking back to where he had been sleeping. He will sit back down and look as if he is meditating, even though his eyes are opened and he seems totally awake.

Gathrik takes an herb from his pouch and munches on it as they walk. A short while later he seems to look better and more healthy and aware of his surroundings than before.
You quickly walk away from from the worg corpses and take short rest an hour's walk away from the fighting. After the short rest, you march on towards the goblin villages, and during afternoon, arrive at a landmark that Nasaar recognises in the the bottom right corner of the map he was given. According to the map, a small goblin settlement is maybe 3 hours of march to the northeast, while a mid-sized settlement is 4 hours north and slightly to the east.
Nasaar roll Survival DC15 to determine whether party arrives early afternoon or mid-afternoon. If Nasaar fails, Gara can roll.
