"Look at this, the puppies have come out to play."
Jardor carefully circles around the worg, to put himself opposite of Yarvem on it's far side. (Move from M7 diagonally through L6 into K5 and then horizontally through J5 and I5 to enter flanking position)
"Let's play puppy in the middle."
Loosing his greatsword from its scabard across his back, he swings down at the creature.
[OOC]I think I have set up the damage roll correctly to double on crit and reroll ones and twos once (GWF fighting style). If I didn't do this right I will come back to strike it and just do everything manually[/OOC]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Serit pulls the flail from his waist and moves around Gara to stand beside Yarvem, the flail stays in constant motion as he moves and as the Bugbear swings it seems to collect the shadows from around it.
(Move to L9, casting Wrathful Smite as a bonus action.)

"Yarvem and I can deal with this beast. Someone tend to the goblin."
[OOC]I am not sure which one has been downed, so if the one still up is the one in J-K/8-9 then I will move 15' north into I8 to get the flank, otherwise I will move to attack the southern one from a place of advantage (I6 I think).[/OOC]
"Your hunt has turned bad, dogo. You can die, or you can ally yourself with this stronger pack."
Doubtful that the beast understands his words, Jardor does not wait for a response, laying into him with another swing of his greatsword.
"Die or submit..." Nasaar says as he moves back towards the worg and his companions. He speaks in Goblin. He has his heavy crossbow aimed at the creature's heart. "Your choice... Either serve us as the stronger, and submit to our leadership, or die here and now..."
Nasaar hears something that sounds like a panicked "Wai..." in Goblin language before the minotaur's sword lands heavily on the worg's backbone and puts it down. The fight is over.
Gathrik is unconscious.
I assume it will be a strength check: 4
It's a fail, but it's redundant, since you are unconcious. Death save needed (plain d20).
Also injury:
Location: 17. Scar.
Size: 8. A mighty scar indeed, but thankfully no critical damage to the fighter.
Since Gathrik is down, it's next Worgs turn. The Worg is encouraged by his brethren's success and charges the the minotaur next to the Goblin.
vs Yarvem Attack: 7 Damage: 8
The worg lashes out, but the minotaur is harder to hit than it looks. DC13 Strength Check needed.
Turn 2 is starting:
Initiative Order: Jardor, Nasaar, Serit, Worg1, Gara,
Gathrik, Yarvem, Worg2.Death save 1: 15

The attack leaves a massive gash in the back of the creature, but it's still up and angry.
Moving to a position to get in a good shot at the injured Worg, Nasaar sends a crossbow bolt in at it...
To Hit: 36
Damage: 4
Serit pulls the flail from his waist and moves around Gara to stand beside Yarvem, the flail stays in constant motion as he moves and as the Bugbear swings it seems to collect the shadows from around it.

Flail Attack: 23 Damage: 14
Smite if hits: 3 Wisdoms save DC 14
Nasaar's arrow hits the worg in the neck. It's breating is difficult, and it looks like it's about to collapse... but it's still standing barely.
Serit's attack misses.
The worg turns its head and tries to catch Jardor between its jaws:
Attack: 8 Damage: 7
But misses and narrowly avoids slipping on a puddle of its own blood.
Gathrik is still down. Needs another death save.
Death save 2: 20
Gara takes a glowing stone from his pocket and throes it at the warg:
Attack: 20 Damage: 8
After he casts magic stone as a bonus action.
Yarvem will move to attack the worg that had tried bite hit, readying his Ykwla before slashing it down with all of his strength.
Ykwla: Attack: 16 Damage: 9
Then with a swift movement he will bring his free hand around and aim a punch for the worg if it is still alive.
Punch: Attack: 26 Damage: 6

Gara never specified which Worg he's attacking. I'll assume it's the heavily injured one, since it makes most sense.
The stone buries itself in the worg's head. It stands still for a few moments before diving head first into the ground.
The second worg takes a deep cut from Yarvem's exotic weapon, before taking a punch that knocks out one its fangs. The beast retaliates:
Attack: 20 Damage: 5
... and narrowly misses.
Turn 3 starts:
Jardor, Nasaar, Serit,
Worg1, Gara,Gathrik, Yarvem, Worg2."Yarvem and I can deal with this beast. Someone tend to the goblin."

"They are right worg, stand down and submit to us now or die like your mate," Serit speaks in a hard time clearly intimidating the beast.

Nasaar hears something that sounds like a panicked "Wai..." in Goblin language before the minotaur's sword lands heavily on the worg's backbone and puts it down. The fight is over.
Gathrick is still unconscoius.
Yarvem will wait since he sees some of the others talking to the beast, only attacking if it is still hostile.

Nasaar moves up and uses cure wounds on the worg. healing 7 HP. (If you are allowing that. otherwise he will do so to the goblin.)
(If allowing us to 'recruit' the worg...)
"You owe me your life." Nasaar informs the worg as he sends healing magic into it. He speaks in Goblin.
As an almost after-thought, he would turn to the fallen goblin. Using medicine to tend his wounds. medicine check: 22
Check the other fallen worg's wounds as well... 16
The worg is dead. Nasaar recovers from being downed.
