Con, your sword finds its way through Dead-Eye’s curtain of weaving steel opening a gash from his shoulder across his pectoral, a sheet of blood soaks his dirty leathers immediately. Tarina calls out “Things aren’t looking so good, are they Lekard?” And fires her crossbow at Dead-Eye Attack: 16 Damage: 2 Fairly steps forward and swings at Dead-Eye Attack: 5 Damage: 2 Before stepping back giving Dead-Eye an attack of opportunity, he lashes out with his cutlass Attack: 23 Damage: 4 Dead-Eye winces as his is clipped by the bolt from Tarina, bats Fairly’s clumsy attack away and slices him in retaliation. Fairly tries to maintain concentration 17 and does. Pirate 6 reloads and sends a bolt at Kes Attack: 21 Damage: 5 and the bolt pierces the young bard’s side he struggles to stay in the fight but falters and collapses. The fairie fire winks out and Dead-Eye and the remaining pirates smile terrible smiles. Kes please give me a death save. Will redoubles his efforts against Dead-Eye, unaware that Kes has fallen “You’re friends are dropping, pirate, time to set sail.” He swings twice with his longsword Attack: 12 Damage: 9 Attack: 11 Damage: 11 Dead-Eye just laughs, both of his eyes seeming lifeless “Umberlee’s loss is Bhaal’s gain then, knife-ear!”
Vin caves in slightly, holding a hand to the bolt in her gut, and cries out "You bastard! Would you just die already?!" before holding her focus up above her head, launching another round of Magic Missile towards Dead-Eye: 3, Pirate 5: 3, and Pirate 6: 2.
Mendax keeps his eyes on Tarina, making sure she is safe but turns in time to see Kes take the bolt to side. He looks at Pirate 6 and screams, "you ******* bastard," and then kneels down next to the fallen Ken, hoping that being behind the table and chairs will give him some cover, puts his left hand on Kes and casts cure wounds.
Kes, you come back to consciousness as a shock of healing energy suffuses your body. Mendax, you see that being crouched behind the table and chairs gives you partial cover.
Dead-Eye, his movements beginning to slow, suddenly surges at will in a deadly frenzy of steel. Cutlass Attack: 12 Damage: 7Attack: 12 Damage: 9Dagger Attack: 6 Damage: 4 pirate 5 follows suit, firing his crossbow at the brave half-elf. Attack: 11 Damage: 96 Will manages to avoid all the attacks and Dead-Eye fumbles his dagger leaving home wide open for the next attack. (Attacks against him at advantage for one round.) Oloric picks up pirate 1’s crossbow and fires at Dead-Eye Attack: 18 Damage: 3 the bolt pierced Dead-Eye’s bicep and his eyes flash in anger and pain.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dead-Eye is able to deflect Con’s attack, his movements reinvigorated it seems by some last ditch adrenaline. Tarina takes another shot at Dead-Eye “Die you pig-****er!” Attack: 9 Damage: 2 Fairly grabs Con’s elbow again cure wounds7. Pirate 6 sends another bolt at Oloric Attack: 7 Damage: 9 Dead-Eye dodges the bolt from Tarina. Con once again feels the rush of natural healing energy flow through him. Time seems to slow for a moment as the bolt from the pirate tears through Oloric’s throat, the playwright’s eyes go wide for a moment as his mouth works silently trying to get some final words out before he drops to the ground.
Still laying on the ground, Kestrell gets on his knees and surveys the situation. He shouts: "Hey Dead-Eye, what do you call a pirate with two eyes and two legs?....A rookie!" Kestrell casts Tasha’s Hideous Laughter on Dead-Eye and yells to the rest of team: "Let him lie there, don't attack him or it will break the spell! Take care of the other pirates first!"
As a bonus action, Kestrell yells to Oloric: "Oloric, don't fade on me now! We're going to make a famous play about this!" and casts Healing Word, healing Oloric for 6
OOC: Dead-Eye must make a Wisdom Saving throw of 14 or fall prone, becoming incapacitated and unable to stand up. At the end of each of its turns, and each time it takes damage, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. The target has advantage on the saving throw if it's triggered by damage. On a success, the spell ends.
Dead-Eye wisdom roll 6 Dead-Eye begins laughing a terrible, chilling laugh. He falls to the ground, thrashing against the vines still holding him in place. Kes speaks the healing word and A fresh gout of blood pours from Oloric’s ruined throat, followed by a second much smaller one, then nothing more Oloric’s eyes remain staring into nothingness. Will hears Kes’ warning and steps forward to attack pirate 5 once Attack: 12 Damage: 11 and twice Attack: 23 Damage: 11 taking off the pirates hand with the first strike and his head with the second.
((My bad, Rules As Written you can’t cast two leveled spells in a round, Kes, only a spell and a cantrip or a different action of course. It’s a nonissue mechanically because that bolt did exactly enough damage to kill Oloric outright.)) Mendax rushes forward and swings his hammer into the knee of Dead-Eye’s last remaining henchman who screams and turns on the dwarf, bloodlust in his eyes.
Vin your ray slams into the Pirates chest, slowing his movement until he comes to a complete standstill, his arm poised to attack Mendax. There are several loud, high pitched noises, as if someone skipped a stone across a frozen lake in the dead of winter, and the outstretched arm snaps off at the elbow, shattering when it hits the ground. ((Nat 20 and max damage? Wow!!!))
Dead-Eye wisdom save 14 Dead-Eye stands up a look of grim finality on his face. “C’mon then, bastards, save me from looking on your faces one moment longer!” He prepares to strike out at Con.

This is the current map.
(Oh yeah, my fault, I should have known that. I'll leave the spell slot used, but it fizzles, as punishment!)
((Lol, you don’t have to, but if you choose to I respect your self chastisement.))
Scowling and holding the wound in her side, Vin fires another Ray of Frost at the henchman that Mendax just attacked.
