Harq, raises one eyebrow attempting to understand the orc, and hearing the dwarf's comment simply tips his hat towards him and goes back to watching the goblin and bird person run frantically around the bar recruiting help.
Kronk pulls a nearby chair up to the table and gently eases his bulk onto in; it groans and creaks alarmingly, but seems to hold, if only for the moment. He lifts on huge hand and points a finger the size large sausage at himself, "Kronk lovingly be brain-pan smashing fun enjoying, when going?"

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
Skarhys looks at the possible team before him. He says one more time, for the newcomers, “I am seekin’ a diamond that was stolen from me some years ago. I found the location, though I don’t know the thief that took it. I as’ume it was sold to some’un else.” He points to the island with the dead trees once more. Sneaking a glance at Kronk, he faces Brodan and says “Brute ferce’ll be jest as import’nt as stealth.” He looks around once more at the team in front of him. “I’d like to start movin’ at sunset tonight. Y’all get ready. We meet here as soon as ze sun touches the ‘orizon.”
"Sounds fun."Harq says, still leaning up against the bar, adding "And what exactly is in it for us? And if it's already been sold to someone else that location you have wont be much use eh? Any other info you care to share?"
Brodan nods as he strokes his beard as he listens to the kenku carefully. "Don't be worryin as I ain't one fer sneaking around. I prefer to let things get a taste of magic. But alright if ye have a job then I guess I can assist fer the right price.'
In the variety of voices, you can all make out: “I had to work for years to get the information I have now. The thief don’t live on the island, the buyer do. I don’t got much gold, but you may help yerselves to me wares once I get that precious diamond back.”
"Any idea of what this island has for hostiles?" Lia asks taking a longer look at the map now that there appeared to be a group to go with. "What sort of dangers are we likely to be facing there?" she presses her question. "It is better to know what we face going in, rather than being surprised by it. That is if you know what is there, if not, then we'll find out as we go."
Helena sips at her drink as the others talk. "Sounds simple enough... though thats only due to the lack of information. You say it took you years to get this information but you don't have much, do you? Is there anything else you can tell us or do for us that would aid us in finding your precious diamond?"
“Go why not? Talk way on.” Kronk rumbles, lifting his huge maul and slamming it down into the floorboards. WHAM! Mugs, glasses, bottles, and not a few denizens, are bounced around like dice in a cup.
Skarhys turns to Harq. “I got lotsa things. Potions, blades, armor, ye name it. Let us leave at dusk tonight. Once we get on the island, perhaps ‘un of us could locate it.”
"I gotta admit... you're not very persuasive... but... **** it! Sounds fun! I'm in."and turns back to the bar saying "Give me a bottle of your strongest rum for the road. On him." pointing down towards the goblin, adding "I got an adventure to prepare for!" with a big grin. He then turns back and holds out a hand saying "Name's Harq. You are? And what's the name of the ship that's gonna get us to the island? I might know some of the crew."
Brodan lets a small chuckle escape him as he raises his ale in agreement to what Harq said, raising it to lips before downing what was left. After wiping the foam from his beard the dwarf looks over to the kenku. "As that one out it, I am in as well. Ye just better be knowin that I will be less then forgiving if this some kind of trick."

Helena:
Like the others, you saw Skarhys look at the half-orc pour the most expensive rum in the house. However, you noticed a bit more. When Bruthgar grinned at your new bird companion, Skarhys made a quick, subtle sign at the bartender, effectively scaring the large half-orc.
Harq:
After Bruthgar poured you a glass of the most expensive rum he had, he smiled at the kenku. You saw nothing more because you were flicking the glass to create a ripple.
You’ve heard of the Sea Lady. I didn’t expect a history check so soon, but you would’ve had advantage. As you sip your rum, you suddenly remember the Sea Lady is a pirate ship, with the crew being a nuisance to many merchant ships on the seas. You do not know anyone who works on the ship.
Kronk:
When the bartender smiles as he pours rum for Harq, Skarhys does something you don’t completely see, but it leaves the large half-orc almost as afraid of the kenku as he was of you.
Brodan:
You saw Bruthgar grin at Skarhys while pouring expensive rum for Harq. You were too busy with your mega ale to notice anything else.
Lia:
When you leave the tavern, you see a couple of town guards. The guards in Tarnos are like most of the people who do business here—shady. These two guards walk into the tavern, leaving the door open. You see them go to the bar with spears in-hand. What do you do?
