Windows are 12 feet up and open, no lock picking necessary. Anyone want to give Yokini a boost?
Yokini weighs but a trifling. Raddunth could hold his hands over his head, and have Yokini stand on his hands.
(Otherwise, Zashier has the height and the trunk strength to give Yokini a boost.)

With two options, we'll say Yokini is able to climb in. She opens the window and steps onto the sill. Her hands pat her sides before she turns with a look of surprise. "Oh, I left my rope on Gomol. Anyone got a rope? I'll tie one end to something inside so you can climb up." All this is done before the gnome has even looked inside.
Yokini weighs 45 pounds, thats not even a strength check. Whoever lifts Thistle, please make a strength check. If Yokini decides to toss you one side of the rope, and she takes the other side and jumps down to try and counterbalance you as you climb, that will be a whole different series of checks :)
Raddunth is able to hoist Yokini up to one of the windows on the left side (unless you want right, just let me know) of the door. She is currently standing in the window, its rotting wood giving way to the rocky wall beneath it. As you notice when you get there, there is nothing to tie a rope to. On the other side of the window is a drop down to the other side. Grass is growing up through what used to be a wooden and cobblestone floor. There are several tables and many stools where the kobolds were gathered around. It looks a little helter-skelter, food still in bowls...you think they left in a hurry. Maybe 20 feet wide by 40 feet deep of open space. To your right, you see the 2 floors of the house, and they are wide open to the side, as if when the roof caved in it sheared off those floors. Looking them over, they seem to be in dissaray, and different stages of weathering.
You dont see any movement in the open area.
Perhaps you hop down and Raddunth catches you, and you go up the other side. That makes more sense...
On the right side, you can hop down into that upper floor room. It was a bedroom at one point, or so you think. There are random pieces of bedroom furntiture in scattered about the room. The 4 poster bed has fallen apart, the cloth eaten through by time, weather, and animals. The wooden furniture is rotting. To your left, what used to be a wall is just wide open space, where you can look down on the open area described above. Stairs leading down from this floor seem to be missing - you see remnants of where stairs might have been in the center of the house, but they were likely wiped out when the roof caved in.
Zashier stays true to his word about giving folk a leg up, or at least aiding Raddunuth in the process where he can. After Yokini, Lem, and Thistle are at least over the hurdle, and he's shuffling into position with his hands cupped together for a more active vaulting maneuver for Rad, he says, "Alright then, let's get you up there now. Can't let all our more face first inclined friend have all the fun now, can we?"

Yokini, you survey the room in front of you. it looks like a bedroom, or what used to be a bedroom. There is a door ahead, leading to another room. The door is hanging off its hinges. The wooden floor feel very unsteady under your feet. Where a wall would be to your left is wide open, where the roof fell in and sheared away the other side of the upstairs area.
Next to the door you see what would have been a small fireplace to heat this room, part of a central manor heating fireplace. It has also been demolished by the falling of the roof.
Through the other room, you see where there used to be stairs going down, there are a few stairs left, but they are cut off, the smashed remnants clutter the first floor.
The open area to your left there are tables and stools, food still on the tables, about 30 stools in all.
Lem turns around and unspools some rope out the window, looking for something solid to tie it to in the bedroom, or at least loop it around while he holds the other side.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Once he gives the larger fellows a chance to get up, he'll start to slowly make his way around the room, looking for traps, for any sign of recent activity, for evidence of what caused the original damage, for anything of note beyond what he saw on first glance.

Thistle lands as quietly as she can in the room. Clearly the kobolds had to have gone somewhere. She creeps along the front wall, close as she can to the wall to maximize stable flooring, and crouches by the edge, looking down carefully.

Once in the room, Lem unspools his rope and looks around for a place to tie it off. He starts with the bed, and ties it around a leg of the bed (18) but as he ties, the leg breaks off. He continues to look around the room, looking for traps as he goes. Lem doesnt find any traps in the bedroom, but does find a solid chain link fixed to the wall by a structural supporting rod (16) and it holds firm. He spools the rest out, down to his companions
Zashier and Raddunth, if you want to make athletics checks, go for it, with ADV due to the rope.
Lem,
as you continue to look around the bedroom, you see no signs of life. Only natural decay up here, as if the kobolds didnt even come up here.
Thistle, landing like a cat, creeps along the wall, minimizing the squeak of the old floorboards. As you look over the edge, down to the open area, you see 4 low tables and around 30 stools, some standing, others toppled over on their side. There is still food, if you can call it that, on the tables. From what you can tell, it is raw meat, still bloody, though you are not sure what it was originally. From the scattering of food and splattering of blood, it would seem they are messy eaters, likley fighting over food at the tables.
Thistle
You continue to look around - straight down you see a fireplace in the middle of the house...the longer you stare at it, and the surrounding area, you notice kobold footprints, lots of them, around the fireplace. That is the only concentration of footsteps.
You dont spy any traps from up here, and you are fairly confident that if there were any, you would have seen them. They didnt post a guard, no one peeking out of anywhere. Its as if the noise spooked them, they ran off somewhere, but are not waiting on you. You remember you dispatched the ouside kobolds so quickly, in just those few seconds, that those inside couldnt have even been aware of you. The noise of the fallen kobold must have spooked them, and so they hid...you just arent sure where.

"Thirty stools," Yokini says thoughtfully. "That's a lot of angry kobolds." She draws her crossbow and connects a tube from her glove to the weapon before looking over at Lem. "Once the boys are up, we should use that to climb down over here," she says about the rope, motioning toward where the wall of the bedroom is no more. She crouches down near the fireplace to watch for danger.

No problem at all. Thistle and Lem are now in the bedroom.
