Raven: You see that the 5th unknown person is a Quatryl. As you get closer you hear the Quatryl shout "You idiot! Now we are a stone short! Try to find it, maybe somehow we can put it back in. We can't leave it hanging around here." You see four Inox looking around trying to find something.
Swarm moves about gently trying not to cause a large distraction. They observe the five and try to discern their intention or at least if they seem suspicious.

Chnsen moves in front of the group again, still holding the rifle, but preparing to make conversation as they approach. As the group walks, Chnsen squints to try and see if the garments of the Inox or the Quatryl can clue her in on where these people have come from.

Drelenur keeps walking behind Chnsen, keeping its eyes on the people around the wagons ahead that Raven pointed out (perception: 3).
If the travelers don't look hostile upon approach, Drelenur will greet them "it seems that you could use a hand to get those wagons moving, would you like some assistance?", otherwise he will stay silent.
OOC: it seems that Drelenur is not good at rolling high :P

Chnsen: You spot that the Inox wear clothing like anyone else in Gloomhaven, simple but not poor. The Quatryl wears a long dark-purple jacket, with silver buttons on it.
The Quatryl notices the party when they approach the wagons. He starts waving both his hands rather in a panic at you. "No, we don't need help with the wagons." He yells back to Drelenur. "But do keep that rifle close and keep a distance! Numb nuts here just broke his elemental gem and then fell of the wagon!" You see the Quatral holding both sides of a blue topaz stone. At that moment a water elemental appears from between the wagons inside the group of Inox, looks like it was hiding there. The Quatryl shouts "C'mon! Help us a hand. We allready smashed his head a couple of times!"
Drelenur looks a bit taken aback at the sight of the elemental, but quickly recovers his wits and casts Chromatic Orb at the creature, "Feel the thunder!" hoping that the lightning damage will make it reconsider attacking them. Attack: 10 Damage: 15
OOC: Drelenur would act the same if he goes before or after the Quatryl.
Swarm drifts to the side staying about 30 feet back. A small swarm starts to buzz about and then slowly rotate in a clockwise manner above the water skin and a few drops drift up to the center. Swarm angles it at the water elemental. The drop freeze and pull moisture from the air forming a jagged shard which Swarm then releases at the elemental.
Casting ice knife. On hit 1d10 damage. Then hit or miss, dex save of 12 for half of 2d6 affects a 5 ft radius
Swarm The ice knife explodes inside the water elemental. Small ice shards shoot out from the center, piercing through the water elemental and hitting three Inox Guards. You can see the water elemental is frozen on some points, unable to move those parts. One Inox Guard shouts it out of crucial pain as the ice shards penetrate his skin.
Drelenur A sphere of energy hits the water elemental, you can see swirls of water released from it. The water elemental gurgles and by the looks of it, he didn't liked it.
Quatryl The Quatryl is holding the blue stones in front of him, you hear him mumbling a spell in a language you don't understand. You do hear the word "Return". 5 Nothing happens! "Keep a distance!" He shouts. "If we stand to close he can drown us. Just keep him busy while i try to get him back!"
Chnsen You're up! What do you do?

Chnsen lets out a low growl and slings her musket back over her shoulder. Instead, she pulls a crossbow from a harness at her hip and trains it on the elemental.

Both guards take a swing with their sword on the Water Elemental. Only one guard can get his sword in the right angle of this watery mess. "Hurry up Leonith! This is unbearable!"

Chnsen: The arrow shoots right through the water elemental, it doesn't even seem to notice it got hit.

The Water Elemental surges to Inox Guard (2). An arm of water rises in the air "SPLOOTSJ" 18

The Inox Guard falls on his knees and then his face hits the muddy dirt road. There is no sign of life.
Now the Water Elemental turns around and slings a scoop of water to another Inox Guard(3) "WASHJ" 15

The Inox Guard gets washed away next to the dirt road. He doesn't seem getting up.
