Ireniana will use her reaction to redirect 32 damage from Baeshra and turn it to the hobgoblin she was fighting. 

If the hob is still up, she'll attack him once more.

 (That redirect of damage keeps him in bear form, so he couldn't cast Wither and Bloom. The healing to Lyngheid would remain, but he'd then attack the duchess instead.)

OK got all the changes.

Ireniana Round 3 swings at the hobgoblin in front of her, who deftly parries the blow.

Round 4:

The Duchess barks a command to the hobgoblin warrioress, and then shifts around Baeshra bear before making two more attacks on him: 12, 29.  Damage: 30, 29

The hobgoblin warrior-ess moves and shifts, feints and then tries to hit Ireniana with her own longsword: 22, 19, and then a third time if she is still up: 18, damage: 7, 9, 7

The remaining smoking creature claws at Droop: 14, damage: 4

The hobgoblin that Nyx is fighting panics reaches out a hand and a streak of lightning blasts through Nyx.  Nyx must make a DC13 Saving throw or take 27 lightning damage, half on a success.

Droop tries one more time to get his Smoking Creature: 17, damage: 9

Summary:
- Baeshra-bear takes 22 + 37 = 59 damage and must make DC11 and a DC18 Concentration checks.
- Ireniana takes 10 + 9 slashing damage.
- Droop takes 10 slashing damage!
- Nyx must make a DC13 Dex Save, taking or take 26 lightning damage (13 on a success).

The party is up for Round 4!

Lyngheid gets up swearing and charges at the back of the hobgoblin attacking Ireniana, pointing at Baeshra as she charged and muttering a prayer.

Umbriel moves around to flank the remaining smoke creature, taking stock of the situation as he goes. Once more, he'll try to shock the smoke creature and free himself up for ranged support. 

Attack: 23 Damage: 3

Ireniana will use bonus action for Giant's Might and attack the hob.

Attack: 12 Damage: 8

Round 4 Continued:

Lyngheid pops up, mutters a 4 letter healing word towards Baeshra, reviving him, and then flanks the hobgoblin with Ireniana.  Advantage roll: 10

Ireniana shifts and maneuvers with Lyngheid and together they attack the hobgoblin, advantage rolls: 16, 11

Baeshra, freshly revived gets to take his Round 4 turn...

Umbriel flanks the smoking creature with Droop, but the two of them just can't seem to land the right blows on this thing.

 Very nice, that Sneak Attack damage is going to do the trick!

Waiting on Baeshra's Round 4 turn.

Baeshra resorts to his more feral instincts as he's starting to run on empty and attempts to bite the duchess.

Attack: Attack: 12 Damage: 10 + 4
Hungry jaws: Attack: 11 Damage: 10 + 1

Oh no, both attacks fail!

Round 5!

The smoking creature tries to claw Umbriel: 7, damage: 6.

The remaining hobgoblin swings at Ireniana: 19, damage: 9, and then either at Ireniana or Lyngheid depending on who's up: 16, damage:  11, 24, damage: 7.

The duchess attacks Baeshra: 21, damage: 27.  If he's still up: 23, 27.  If Baeshra goes down, she moves south towards Nyx.

Droop tries once again to kill the smoking creature: 18, damage: 8.

Summary:
- Ireniana takes 27 damage.
- Baeshra takes 25 damage and goes unconscious!

The party is up!

Umbriel turns from the dissipated smoke monster and sets his sights on the duchess. He casts Hex on her, and then slings two Eldritch Blasts into her back before he notices Baeshra proned out. If he can move around the duchess without provoking an attack of opportunity to get to Baeshra, he'll do that afterwards.

Hex damage: 5 necrotic damage

Ireniana Death Save - 4

Lyngheid moves to Ireniana and Lays on Hands ( 15 hp) and mutters a healing prayer in Baeshras direction.

( Hope no one wants any more healing cos Lyngheid is tapped out.)
