Thorin walks to the top of the stairs to make a choke point in case something goes wrong on the escape. Standing there with the war hammer's lanyard around his wrist after he readies the spell bane to cast on the captain and 2 of his mates when they get within 30' of him.
He says:"If we are going to fight we need to concentrate on the boss. The others may flee if he falls. I'll block the stairs. Let them come to us. Gorgon and anyone who wants to try and get her out of here.....I'll try my best to hold them off."
The pirates jumps up has the enchanted voice speaks.
He bristles with anger his pride hurt. " Who said that, " He looks around and his men are looking too.
When Badran shouts his challenge the men and the captain converge on the stairs. Both bouncers go in their backs ready to take them down and several of the patrons start to flee.

Gorgon Initiative: 12
Gorgon says to Tarina, "Do you want to stay for the fight or come with me? We can get you to safety." He reaches out his hand to her. If she takes it, he'll pull her with him, shoulder bash through a window, and land on the ground below. If there's a dumpster or something to land on, he'll do that and make sure Tarina lands safely, in his arms if need be. If there's nothing to land on, he will again try to ensure that Tarina lands safely, by wrapping himself around her as a big, half-orc cocoon to absorb her portion of the fall damage, if need be.

So we know what Gorgon will do.
Sailors: 19
Mist: 20

Alyseris: 14
Captain 21
Gorgon: 9
Balashan: 7
Badran: 2
The sailors take out their weapons and start moving toward the stairs. They don' seem to know yet who is friend nor foe. THe two bouncers move to intercept the two closer to the door but they can't stop the other four.
Mist, Thorin, Alyseris can move
To make things faster the others can also post their moves in Spoils. I ll adapt them if need be.
Thorin is blocking the stairs with a readied bane for when the captain gets to within 30' of him (it will also get 2 of his men. They will need to make a DC14 Cha save
Once Thorin has cast Bane, Alyseris casts Dissonant Whispers on the Captain, who must make a Wisdom saving throw. If the Captain fails he will take 8 damage, and use his reaction to flee as far from me as he can. If he succeeds he will still take 50% of that damage, but won't need to flee. Those watching / listening will hear Alyseris whispering, haunting fragmented whispers with an unnatural cadence. Even those not targeted will likely be unsettled.
Alyseris then ensures he's out of immediate mêlée range.
Regardless of what happens, as long as the Captain is still up, Badran will hit him with eldritch blast. Attack: 9 Damage: 10. Missing, Badran falls back on what he has always known and twirls his warpick as he closes with the closest antagonist.
Not wanting to kill anyone, Mist hides off to the side of the stairs before pulling out her bow, stringing an arrow, and letting it fly at one of the captain’s companions. Hopefully not killing him, really trying, please, please, please she thinks to herself.
(Bonus action hide) 23
(that probably doesn’t work so no advantage or sneak attack)
Attack with shortbow Attack: 8 Damage: 8
After shooting, Mist follows Gorgon out the window.
Gorgon is excited to find out how Tarina responds to his offer, and is less excited but willing to find out whether he'll take her fall damage, and is even less excited but still willing I guess to be landed on by Mist and take her fall damage as well.
Everyone else is rolling things so Gorgon wants to, too. Here's a CON save, which probably won't be used for anything: 14
The captain struggles as spells are cast on him. One blast burns past him exploding on a bench and sending acrid fumes in the air. Wis sav2 minus Bane 1
All of a sudden the captain puts his hands to his head a'd screams. He turns to flee m, aiming for the door. The sailor look at each other. Lost
One of his men, the sailor closest to the stairs stumbles back as an arrow appears in his chest. He grunts in pain and looks at the offending object in surprise.
Upstairs.
Tarina is surprised and struggles instinctively as Gorgo' goes through the window and down to the street. Protecting her with his body he still lands heavily on his shoulder. He feels muscles tearing and clenshes his Jaws in pain.
"Are you trying to kill me..." Tarina weezes trying to catch her breath.
Banlashan hears the glass crash behind him, and seeing the captain flee in terror decides to take a page out of that book in order to try and drive the rest of them off again. Retreating back up the stairs and around a corner Banlashan held his orb to his head once more and again incanted the words necessary to summon a Minor Illusion this time however it took on the tone of the Elven lady of Elfsong tavern.
"I have driven your captain mad for his trespasses, flee now or you shall face his fate!"
After the words are spoken Banlashan whispers, "I'm sorry milady, I am merely trying to survive" and then he hurriedly tried to find somewhere to hide as he knew he didn't have a way of surviving a fall from the window he'd heard the crashing from before.
Badran knows he is unlikely to survive a jump from this height. He is surrounded by a brief gold and blue haze that coalesces into a beam. The angle is odd, though, and he misses the sailor who already took an arrow. Undeterred, he moves into melee range (or 30ft of movement towards the remaining sailors, whichever is lesser) as he draws his warpick out of his sash, twirling it as he descends. (twirling, not spinning...so the haft is staying in his hands, the head is just twirling).

Just Prestidigitation, nothing useful there!
Alyseris watches the new arrivals and tries to determine how close to starting violence they are.
