Garet continues his assault on the mudgrinder, seeing that the last round of attacks hurt it but had a little affect Garet redoubled his efforts.
Bringing the radiant light of the sunblade around in a spinning arc, he tried cut deep into the monsters thick hide, within an instant the dagger followed trying to hit in pretty much the same spot to increase the damage, usually this would be were his attack ended but Garet went deep within himself to find that little extra effort hoping his third blow would be enough to end the aquatic monstrosity.

Action Attack Sunblade to hit 25 damage 17 (with sneak)
The enormous worm shudders under the overwhelming assault trying to retreat but held by frost and dweomer it suddenly seizes and thrashes the river to foam before crashing lifelessly to the black sand....
Tzedaka stands at the bank of the river, wings spread, eyes bright white. She seems to bathe in the bright light of Leighs rock and it seems to give her energy as some of her wounds seem to close, her translucent wings separate the lights in a prism of rainbow color. (5 damage to herself healed with healing hands)
The luminous angels continue to weave in and out around her looking for enemies as the huge wurm falls into the river. She seems unaware that the epic battle may be over standing still, concentrating or her spells.
(She continues to maintain her Spiritual Guardians, and her scales of justice as it seems to looks hungrily for another target, moving near her like a magical guard)
Slowly, Tzedakas wings begin to fade, her eyes turn back to a vibrant royal blue, and color returns to her face. “Goodbye my sisters. May we meet again at home.”
the beautiful flying angels take one more circle through the party, and seem to almost embrace each hero and smile, then they dissipate.
Tzedaka slumps to the floor. Then, almost talking to herself,
“Zagor is shrewd in his game. He weakens de cheroes wit his meanions of evil. My powers are demonished.”
"Someone check and see if those buildings are empty now."
Banzo will scoop Tzedaka up in his arms, demonstrating surprising strength for one such as him, and begin heading in that direction.
"Like Tzedaka, I too could use a brief rest to replenish my magical energies. Let's take a quick hour here to reassess our situation and adjust our plans accordingly. There's no guarantees that it gets any better from here on out."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Leigh wraps up the stone to block the light and nods to Banzo. With one last look at the creature dead on the river bank he shudders before stepping carefully through the carnage and following Ian. Staying a few steps behind he keeps checking the blind spots as Ian makes headway. "Got your back."

The buildings are very ramshackle and one appears to be an old boat shed containing a half-built ferry and scattered human bones. There is also an old desk that seems to have been rummaged through.
The other buildings are nothing but hovels two of them smell of musty reptile and the third is a midden heap crawling with rats. A quick search reveals a scattering of gold coins ( 12) and a few bottles of rice wine. The musty ones seem good enough for temporary shelter.
A perfunctory search of the Lizardfolks bodies reveals 12 heavy crossbows, 60 bolts, 12 cudgels and a selection of shells, shiny rocks and teeth. The were-rats body yields a copper key a wineskin and a well gnawed kumera.
During the short rest Herman uses his magic strength to butcher the huge leech out of curiosity and to enjoy at least some of the huge force he can now muster
Ooc: maybe the leech has eaten something valuable or one of its part might be useful. Also translated as: damn, I spoiled a magic potion

"Mines are not. This potion is giving enormous power but it will fade soon, I guess.
Tzedaka, drink this healing potion if you haven't got any of yours, but let's move on, shall we?"
The barbarian speech is not an order but a suggestion, even if it looks like an order
While saying this, he look at the worm , what is interesting about him apart from size?

In form it is like a great leathery leech, with ridged thick hide and a pale stripe of a belly.
Tzedaka smiles at Banzo for his kindness and does not fight him when he lifts her. Other than her armor, she is surprisingly light.
"Banzo of Lions Inn, De final battle is coming, and ve must be ready. Dis body is churt but it vil get better width some rest."

"Nothing too luxurious I am afraid but there are many in this world who would treasure some shelter and wine! Come friends."
Ian comes back and reports (see above)
