To the homeless man, "You stay here for a moment, I will be right back". Gimble hurries to the tailor's. Upon entering and after receiving the greeting of the tailor, she gets a little distracted by the fancy clothes. Remembering why she was hurrying, "Good day miss, I am interested in purchasing some warmer clothing for myself. However, I first want to find a warm blanket or a simple yet warm jacket or cloak for my new friend outside. Do you happen to have these or could you direct me to where I can find this?"
(once we get to the clothes store, Tek will try to find more belts and bags to wear, maybe like a warm vest or something, he has a coin pouch but the contents of it includes a random mishmash of diffrent currencies, outdated coins and things that are coin-shaped, he just kinda finds it more convenient to use shells)

The tailor says calmly to Tek "If you find something you like, just bring it over to me" She notices your coin bag, which happens to be open "Sir, your bag is open and we only accept Gem Tokens (The currency of the kingdom; Carved rocks painted to look like gemstones), but you can go tothe port to exchange those foreign coins for our own."
Gimble, around the store, you see nearly every clothing type imaginable inside of this small store, all categorized; A rack filled with jackets, cloaks hang neatly on theirs, pants are stacked and sorted by color, and even coin purses and pouches made of several patterns and fabrics sit neatly on a table.
Cyst, on your way out, you hear someone singing very beautifully, and it appears to be coming from a house next to the tailor, it sounds like the voice belongs to a young female
After drinking for a short while and feeling the familiar numbness take over his mind once more, Xanorin staggers up and heads outside. Though the air is freezing in comparison to what he is familiar with, he welcomes the cold. Looking inland, towards the heart of the island, and what he assumes is the heart of the blizzard as well, he thinks better of continuing without more layers and heads toward the tailor.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gimble quickly goes to the cloaks and looks for one that would fit the homeless man outside. Once she finds a simple yet warm looking cloak, she will take it to the tailor and request the price. Once she gets the price she will try to talk the tailor down ((Persuasion 11)).
Once she purchases the cloak, she will take it to the man.
"You poor thing, here please take this as a gift."
--Gimble-- The price of the cloak is 9ET, but you were not able to convince her to lower the price. The cloak you bought is made of grey wool, with cozy cotton on the inside. Right after you give the cloak to the homeless man, everything around you turns to white. You are in a small, blank room with nothing but the homeless man in it. The man suddenly changes into a more handsome and shaved man, dressed in an indigo wizards robe. He grins kindly at you and says in an enchanting voice "Ah, young...child, you are such a generous soul. Good things will come your way, I can see it in your eyes. I want you to have this" a charm of some sort falls slowly into your hands, it's jewel is the same color as a baby red dragon with an orange dot in the center"Take this as a token of your good deed. Well, I better get going, ciao" Before you can say anything, your back in the real world with the mysterious pendant in your hand, however, the homeless man is gone.
Fiddlesticks will also see what the tailor can do for him (I added 50gp to my inventory, are those RT?) If I don't have the correct currency, I will go and get it exchange.
(OoC: I am having a hard time following who is where. How many of us is with Tek? Snd where is everyone else?)
(Correct me if I'm wrong, I looked through the messages and I believe: Tek, Fiddlesticks, and Cyst are all in or around the tailor. Gimble just left the tailor to give the homeless man a cloak, and Xanorin is heading towards the tailor after drinking at the bar. Although if the DM wants to put Xanorin behind in time since he drank to get tipsy, I would totally understand. Eresh hasn't posted in two days so idk what he's doing)
A bit awestruck, Gimble wanders back into the tailor's shop. Mumbling to herself "Nebelun be honored, thank ye for meddling in my life once more". With that, she will place the pendant on a string made of leather and place it around her neck.
Once back in the tailor's shop, she notices the crowd that has gathered there. "AH HA!!! I recognize you all from the welcoming hall and meeting you all once again is not an act of fate. Nebelun is acting once again. I thought it odd before, but now I know with the homeless man and you all here, you all are meant for something... I am unsure what, but it must be Nebelun's hand." Grabbing each one of them by the hand Gimble pulls them into a group. "That is it, it has been decided that I must travel with you. Whatever you are to do here, it must be great for Nebelun is guiding it. Now, we must prepare for what Nebelun has planned for us next. Wait, there were two others, we must find them!"
Fiddlesticks is slightly taken aback by the Gnome's actions protests with the "Ribbit" but hearing her words, nods in agreement. "The more people we have, the better chance to figure out how to remove this blight from my beautiful island"
(The currently kind of rreminds me of Brandon Sanderson's "Stormlight Archive")
(ooc hey not to be a that person but isint fiddlestick's skin poisonous? unless gimble never touched fiddlestick's skin directly, she should make a constiution saving throw about now)
Tek looks extremely confused by all of this, but just kinda shrugs no idea why i should trust you, but if it got a little warmer arround these parts that would indeeed be kinda nice, and my regular aimless wanderings, while wonderful, can get a little dull sometimes so why not

True I didn't think about that at the time.
Any creature that grapples you or otherwise comes into direct contact with your skin must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute.
(the grung stat blocks in volo's guide to monsters also had rather special variant where depending on the colour of the grung, the poison has a diffrent effect from giving people an obsession over mud or forcing them to use their action to eat if there is food nearby, but sadly that has not made it into the playable race, becuase imagine all the uses of such things fro an adventuring party? imagine the amount of capital f fun that could bring?)

Eresh, having given up on finding an answer to his questions in the shed, has come to the Tailors after warning his clothing magically. in search of a long woolen overcoat.
He hears what Gimble says and, recognizing the inherent wisdom of all gnomes, replies "What did you have in mind, madam?"

(Yeah, I was actually looking forward to that when I bought the playable race. Only to find out that they nerfed it 🙁)

(hey at least you have everything that grung that dont use the variant rule has, applying poison to attacks and the skin contact rules stayed identical to how they are in the stat blocks and to be fair in the action economy forcing somebody to waste their actions like most of the poison effects did is kinda OP)
anyways Tek will close his coin pouch and looks back to see just how many coins he might have dropped in the snow while also mumbling to himself about how strange the word homeless is when as he puts it being homeless is a rather natural state, no deer or beetle ever has an permanent home, why should us meatbags who walk upright and talk be any diffrent?
Cyst asks for the same price as the others ( a warm blanket and woolen clothes = 7EP) but he cannot give absolutely any sense to what Gimble is saying...he listens aloof and really does not pay that much attention to her: if the little gnome wants to join her , the better.
But eventually he adds, asking to the tailor
There is someone out here singing aloud, he or she is not bad at all, do you know whose voice is and what is he/she singing about?
"Oh, that's Lia, she is definitely has a voice, doesn't she?" The elf responds to Cyst, then says to everyone "She has been needing some help lately... maybe you should visit her, but, feel free to look around and buy something you like"
