Halec was able to throw the grapple to the other side, the hook latches itself to a post of the bridge. Harbek was successful in pulling all three teammates up to the other side.
Halec twists his mustache and awkwardly acknowledges their thanks, a bit self conscious about his own initial failure to get the grapple across. “It was all Harbek’s doing. Tossing a grapple to the other side was simply persistence. I suppose I am glad we have ample adventuring gear to see us to our goal. A team effort, as they say.”
He surveys the path ahead, trying to gauge how much further the museum might be. “If all the tourists wanting to visit the museum have to come this route, I can’t imagine it’s a popular destination, eh? Quite treacherous indeed.”
From the looks of both the map and the path, the museum appears to be atop the summit of the mountain. It doesn't look like your party will be making it there any time soon.
The snowstorm begins to calm as you continue along the path, however, the snow is still coming down hard. After walking quite some way, you come across an adult white dragon frantically searching the area.

A nearby cluster of boulders and large rocks made perfect cover to hide behind, Harbek hid undetected, while Halec's armor was making clanks and clatters with every step he took. The noise drew the white dragon's attention towards Halec, however, instead of attacking him, it speaks in Draconic, panicked.
For those who know Draconic:
Can't be happening! Eggs, GONE! My babies, taken! Need, someone, help, find, SOMEONE!
It then goes back to searching, while still randomly blabbering the same things under its breath.

While waiting to see if any other party members speak draconic, allowing for them to translate, Halec tries to read the dragon's general boduy language and emotional projection with Insight. Insight: 8
"She seems distressed, searching for something lost," Halec says. "It's not hunting, and not necessarily angry, but in this state I don't know if we want to be the first thing it sees. It is upset, it could lash out, out of frustration. At the very least we should ensure we don't take on a hostile appearance, but ideally we just wait its tantrum out and let it pass by."
Harbek thinks for a moment "maybe we should wait it out and see if maybe she can help us if we help her..."
"I'm not in disagreement there, Harbek, a dragon would be a powerful ally, but whose to say we even have a common language? I've never encountered a dragon before myself, there's the stuff of legend for adventurers, and quite majestic to see in person," Halec says. "Err... does someone want to try to talk to it?"
Halec hauls back the grapple and rope, spins it and tosses it again. 17
Harbek reaches out and catches the rope. he then begins to pull the others across

Nahu doesn't bother hiding and just kinda stands to the side. "Anyone catch that?"
Harbek shrugs but is relieved that the dragon seems to be no threat. He does not come out of hiding but watchesthe dragon.
“I don’t speak the tongue of dragons, does anyone?” Halec asks the others, peeking his head out.

The only thing Halec can hint off her (the dragon is a female) was that she is very distressed by something she lost.
(From the looks of it, none of the party members understand Draconic Xd)
