We genuinely try to give you constructive feedback.)
Where do we see them? Through the door? Is a room? How big? Are the Wizard and Wyrmling friendly towards each other, or fighting? Do they see yes?
More information is always better. You should always know what the room looks like and provide as much details as possible. If I was running it I would say something like (I don't know what you have in mind, so I'm making this up right now.)
Through the door you see a circular chamber roughly 60 feet across. The walls are lined withe tapestries in somber colors. Across the room from you is an elderly man with a white beard sitting in front of a fireplace with a blazing fire, readied from a spellbook. His feet are resting on a red dragon wyrmling, who is napping with his belly facing the fire. The room is well lit, but you don't see any obvious light source besides the fire. In the middle of the room there in a wooden trap dood firmly closed. To west side of the room is a desk cluttered with scrolls and glass bottles. Behind the desk is a very full bookcase which reaches to the ceiling. The ceiling is domed and is about 60 feet at the the center.
So here I described the room. Notice that I didn't say "Wizard" I described a topical wizard and sprinkled hints around (spellbook, scrolls, magical light?). Talking about light, you should always know what your light source is, most times you don't need to say in the description unless it's relevant. I made it plain without actually saying so the the wyrmling is a pet.
Here is a different scenario: Through the blasted door you see a dimly lit hallway with 3 closed doors on the left and a closed door to the right and and an open door at the end of the hallway 60 feet away. In the opened doorway is a young man in wizard robes being mauled by a red dragon wyrmling. He looks up at you and begs for your help.
Stumbling forward awkwardly through the gravel and dust from behind Lupieros, I say to the wizard: "Well, good day. Terribly sorry for the disturbance. You wouldn't have seen a woman with red hair and a greatsword come through here, by any chance? Goes by the name of Moira Umberwald."

(What do the surroundings look like?)
The wizard ignores you. He seems to be doing a ritual? With a dragon? A evil dragon? It makes your characters confused.
Its a 100ft square room. There are bookshelves on the right hand wall. The wizard looks like he's wearing robes with drawings of..Tiamat maybe? The wizard is on the opposite side of the room. Thats all you can see from the rekt doorway.
"If he is too absorbed in his ritual to talk to people, then maybe we can just walk by. What is the reason you think we have to fight him? Do you know the ritual he is preparing? Do you know him personally? Why should we fight anyone who has neither shown any animosity towards us nor is suspected of being hostile?"
"Lupieros, you are of course free to do whatever you please, but for me my actions have to make sense and be based on some rational."
"I'll check out the books.", I say to Ripguard and start moving stealthly to the bookshelves on the right hand wall.
(Are there any doors in the room? Is there any other furniture?)
As I move along the wall to the bookshelves, I try to get a feel for the wizards intentions and his general character. He doesn't seem evil at all. What made me confused before was the strange form of the dragon, but now I see that the dragon is screeching in agony from giving birth. I thought dragons lay eggs, but not in this case. The wizard seems to be helping the poor dragon survive this ordeal. I arrive at the bookshelves and glance over all the tomes. I also check behind the shelves for a secret passage. What do I find?
(I think you wanted to tell your story and when it didn't go as planned you put yourself as Lupieros in the game to control it. The only thing to consider is that it is not your story, it is our story.)

HE IS EVIL. HES TRYING TO SUMMON TIAMAT!(The dragon isn't giving birth.) (I'M sick of my life. This game is now on pause.)
Thank you for the gameplay so far. I found it to be very interesting and learned a lot. Rieta wakes up sweating and is surprised to have had such a vivid dream. I know that in the end here I overstepped as a player by suggesting a course of story IC, but at this point I was ready to experiment. I think that the story had potential to be great and I am sure that with more experience you will be able to tell it together with all the players at the table. Good luck! gg wp

Are there any doors on any side of the room?
I notice that the person dressed in robes with depictions of dragons has apparently not noticed us yet.
"Lupieros, do you mind asking that gentleman where we can find clues to the golden dragons' disappearance?"
I step back behind the door frame and out of sight of the stranger.
I also will move aside to let Lupieros through. But stay visible fingerings my sheathed dagger ready to throw it if necessary.
"I can't. He's too absorbed in his ritual. Can't you see that? But it looks like we need to fight him." says Lupieros(hes very, very perceptive)
