You arrive in a room full of stone heads with buttons. Which button do you press?(each head has a number.there are 9 heads. 1-9. say one of those numbers)

Investigation again looking for any clues as to which button to push 7. If I don't find anything I ask the others if they can find anything. Can Lupieros use any of his spells to detect the right course of action?

Lupieros Detects magic around buttons 6&9. He says maybe push those.

(Did I see any patterns, which have to do with those numbers in the hallway or cave? Like carvings on the wall, number of items etc.?)

I also try to find clues as to which button to press and investigate them in detail. I check out the base of the button, the floor around them and also look around the room to see whether there are any other elements to that puzzle.

(You figure out you need to press either 6 or 9)

(Wait. I don't press any button and just continue through the door on the opposite side, if it's open.)

(Theres no other door. You need to press a button!)

I pat Ripguard on his shoulder: "On you go, you lucky dragon. Treasure away might have been tucked. Push the right one, and if we're lucky, we might not get ****ed." I smile, hope to inspire and add: "No pressure. You got this."

Ripguard takes a deep breath and presses the 9 button. 

Its mouth opens wide and all u see is darkness do u go into it?

I light a torch and throw it in a far as I am able. What does the torch reveal?

Torch reveals nothing(Ripguard's gut feeling: go into stone heads mouth.)(magical darkness)

(On a side note, a lvl20 character would probably not consider lvl3 characters as viable companions for this job. That's the peril of metagaming.)
