You could also look for other entrances in other buildings.
I believe we have decided wasting RL weeks on that approach is not going to be all that much fun. If a 20 insight could not figure out the building, then it will take searching each one individually and getting lucky that we randomly find it quickly. Pretty much you are forcing us into fighting our way in, which is fine, but I personally find the fact you had two very good rolls, that could have moved this along, a bit frustrating.
"Do we want to try the back door then?" Rubin asks the others, realizing the futility of searching every building for the tunnel entrance. "Or do we go with the three weapons we already have, and just call it good enough?"
“Good eyes, man,” Mardon says. “Let’s get back there.” He will aid Rubin in removing the portrait to access the hidden chamber beyond. “Should’a figured an alpaca was suspicious.”
Rubin gives an almost-sigh of relief. "Sewers are not so bad." He says, his form seeming to almost fade in the darkness. Rubin becomes invisible to anyone with darkvision in the tunnel.
"Everybody's got tricks," Mardon says sardonically. "Got a trick to make this place smell less like ****? Let's just get to that tower and get above ground, so we can shoot some bastards and get the right package." He heads in that direction, or where he judges it to be to the best of his knowledge.
Peliaos goes around inspecting the furniture. He then flies out and disappears in the sky.
There is a back door, but the door could be guarded.

Oh wait, I missed this post because of internet problems. Sorry for wasting your time.
so yeah, there is a secret door behind the painting of the alpaca.
“We calling it quits? Or do you have any ideas here,” Mardon says to the others.
"Well there is the secret tunnel i just found behind the picture there..." Rubin says, nodding to the painting.

Yeah... I’m out. Good luck, Dragondenn and Izraal1.

As you descend down the tunnel you smell a huge pong of waste. There seems to be sounds of scuttling
“Sewers. Freakin great.” Mardon aims his hand crossbow at the sounds.

OOC: For the DM, as one of the 3 players is out, do you want to continue this with 2? Up to you.
It depends on what position he plays ( I forgot. )
The sewers leads to a trapdoor after about 5 minutes of walking.
Mardon checks to see if the trapdoor is unlocked and if it is opens it quietly.
Ruvin backs up his lone companion as they check the trap door. He will give what aid is needed to either open it or unlock it, giving the help action.
OOC: Does it open? Does it appear to access the facility we were seeking to enter?
