Auto, you see that a darkening of the forest is lifting slightly. These demonic beasts were clearly part of a process for creating a demesne of this place. It’s another sign of SnowWhite’s growing power.
You also see three trails. One which you are fairly certain leads to the dwarven mine. Another appears to be a game trail. The last is a foot path through the woods to somewhere you aren’t familiar with. Perhaps a campground or residence of someone who lives here?
We should make haste. Her power is growing. I believe the mine is this way. Auto points to the trail leading to the mine and gestures for GO4 to follow.
"Well that takes care of those beasties. Good riddance!"
Ursula follows the others along the path to the mine, eyes constantly darting back and forth, alert for any hostile creatures. She felt uneasy at the growing darkness.
Gaston, you see much in the trail to the mine... not only do you get a pretty precise count of the dwarves (7), but you see that they aren’t always just using their feet to walk. They are using their hands. And those hands are clawed.
Anyone who’d like to make either a nature or religion check (offer help for someone’s advantage or roll your own roll)
Trying to keep her spirits up despite the darkening gloom, Ursula sees Gaston and Auto stoop down to the tracks and joins them in investigating.
"Oh my, now what do we have here...." These were not the shapes of fins and tentacles she was accustomed to, but still she hoped her general knowledge and calming presence would help provide some clue to the others.
(( Ursula offers assistance to provide advantage for someone if they want to roll for Nature or Religion ))
Auto, this is a mutation of some sort. Dwarves don’t have claws. Nor do you have any reason to believe it’s something masquerading as a dwarf. You’ve been a bit too out of touch to guess anything further. Maybe the radiation and pollution you’ve feared so much did this
"Let us get on and deal with these dwarf... things." Hans says, brandishing his sword and waiving it down the path towards the mine. He strides in that direction.
Hans marches forward, unafraid. Frollo keeps a steady eye out, but it’s the smell that alerts him to danger... a sickly smell of blood, thick and viscous, pooling. As they walk closer, you approach the entrance to the mine, a slight downhill path leading to small entrance. A fog lingers there.
The smell gets stronger the closer you go to the mine.
You all enter the mine, and find your way to a shaft filled with diamonds in every wall. Tiny, sparkling diamonds. Frollo, you see a dwarf ahead of you, his back turned, and he’s hunched over a diamond as big as his head.
Jafar is following behind. The vizier places a hand on Frollo's shoulder and quietly asks, "Do you mind if you can be my guide for a moment? I can send my friend Iago ahead and see through his eyes. But I myself will be deaf and blind like a newborn pup..."

"On to the mine then?" Hans asks the others with a glance around. He wipes the blood from his blade, and is ready to continue.
