Charisma's attention is peaked, she is secretly hoping that Milo is a big fluffy dog, dogs don't do to well at sea and she's been missing having a pup around since she joined the pirates.
Once the gate is open, Milo (who is indeed the mule) takes off through it at a run with the cart thumping behind him. He runs straight to a slant roofed shed and puts his nose down into a trough. With the gate open you can see that the yard is very large. Besides the stable, there's a small stone cottage, a bath house, another fenced off area that serves as a corral and a small fenced off garden with several herbs and vegetables in bloom or fruiting.
Janey holds her arm out "Welcome. You can go on in. I'll close up the gate."
Once all the way inside you can see the back of Janeys house has a large covered porch with half of it taken up by a wood-fired oven. The other half has an old German Shepard curled up on it who's ear flicks as it opens an eye to look at you all for a second, then closes it again.
"Oh, but wait! There's a doggie" Charisma runs over to the old lady pup and curls up on the floor next to him stroking his fur, "Who's a good boy? " she says in baby voice.
Edith's smile grows watching Charisma start playing with the dog. "You have a beautiful place," Edith says to Janey, looking around "Thank you for letting us stay here."
Janey smiles at Edith "Well, Thank you! I try to keep it on good repair. It's not easy either being all by myself here." She see Charisma head over to the dog.
The dog lifts it's head at Charisma's cooing and his tail thumps twice on the porch. Janey lets out a little laugh "That's Baxter. He must really like you. Haven't seen him move that much except to come get dinner. Lazy old oaf but he's a good dog. Been with me, must be... 15 years now"
She heads over to Milo to unhook the cart "Give me just a minute to unhook Milo and I'll show you to the cottage"
"Sure," Mystwaen says, leaning over and pushing open the gate, being careful to not stand in the way.

Dahlia claps her hands together and does a tiny jump squeal, whispering to herself, "It's going to be a pony, it has to be a pony!"
Edith leans towards Dahlia and Charisma, grinning and whispers, "I think Milo is the mule."

"Sure, would you like a hand?" Edith asks.
