Willi, let me know who you are attempting to carry out (Taraven or Naltic), and please make an athletics check along with your guidance roll. If you recall, there is a steep embankment at the end of the tunnel which you will have to carefully navigate down while carrying the body.
Gnoliath won't be able to help, since he attacked the goblin (and killed it).
Willi, in the moment it's difficult to ascertain who is lighter, so you grab the closest body which is Taraven, and almost loose your footing... luckily at the last moment thanks to your guidance spell, you're able to regain balance and slide down the embankment with no issues, with Taraven slumped on your shoulder.
So now Willi and Taraven are at the bottom of the embankment, in the main passageway. Taraven is unconscious, but stable.
Zene is up! (with the guidance still available to use from last round if attempting an ability check, ie. carrying Naltic out)
Zene, you lose your footing when attempting to carry Naltic. You drop him, and his unconscious limp body falls down the embankment 2. Surprisingly, the body doesn't get too banged up... more than it already is. Zene, you've managed to get down the embankment and are with Willi and the unconscious Taraven and Naltic. (Taraven is stable, Naltic fate still to be determined.)
Next round!
Taraven, you are still unconscious, but stable. You lay at the bottom of the embankment, almost in the stream.
Naltic's death save -> 12 and he holds on! (2 pass, 2 fail. Reaching out to Naltic via PM to see if they are still playing)
The goblin boss, after seeing his last comrade get its head cut off, and hearing Gnoliath's threatening words, decides to hightail it and run back up the stairs, yelling something in goblin back to you. This invokes an attack of opportunity for Gnoliath which you can take now.
Zene, Willi and Gnoliath are all up! (Gnoliath gets the attack of opportunity plus his regular turn). Since the goblin is now retreating, you can successfully retreat yourselves and combat would be over. If this is the plan, let me know the high level plan for the retreat, as in where you're planning on falling back to. Somewhere else in the cave, or outside? Or something else?
The human man would yell "Their leader is retreating! Let us get the hell out of this god forsaken cave!"
Willi, it's more of a refined drag than a carry at this point, but you manage to carry/drag Taraven's body completely out of the cave. The wolves do not notice you pass by as they are preoccupied with something else. And the water is loud. So, Willi and Taraven are a bit outside the mouth of the cave.
Zene and Gnoliath are up!
Gnoliath you have your attack of opportunity as well.
I wont attack. If he's heading my words I'll take the opportunity to run away and help me allies if possible. If they running im running as far as my little legs go!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gnoliath, you grab a scimitar from the decapitated goblin's clenched hand and give it to the old man and then scuttle away, through the passageway and out of the cave to meet up with Willi and Taraven. The old man is able to follow you out, although it's nowhere near as graceful.
Zene, we will assume that you drag Naltic's body out of the cave as well, so now the party finds themselves outside the mouth of the cave, bruised and battered from a few tough battles with these goblins. Taraven is unconscious and will awake in a few hours with 1hp.
The old man will be speaking now and giving you all some information at this point, which I will post later today, but if there's anything any of the characters want to do or say now, feel free.
Lastly, Naltic would need to make a final death save. 16 and he survives. I haven't heard anything from the player, so I will be role playing this character out of the game later today as well. Of course they are more than welcome to rejoin if they return.
(If thats to me i would help out assuming the other goblin doesn't charge me on his next turn)

Willi will carry whoever he assumes is lighter.
Athletics: 13 + 1

Zene will in fact grab Naltic with all her might and attempt the same maneuver down the embankment that Willi just did.
athletics check with the guidance: 4 4

Willi does exactly that: Get out of this god forsaken cave. He dashes to get as far as possible while he carries a body almost twice his size.

Trying to get to the mouth of the cave I'm assuming
Oh I'll grab a sword from the goblin for sildar also
