The blast from Boerth's weapon hits Reguh in the chest and he drops to the ground unconscious and bleeding out.
Dajarkal gets a worried look in her eyes seeing her forest gnome friend fall with one shot, realising that the fight is far from a certain victory. She yells "Someone, help my friend please" and with her bonus action, she summons a Bear Spirit whose aura (30ft radius) grants her allies its might and endurance. All allies to the Clovis Concord get 8 temporary hit points and have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws while in the aura, which covers most of the ship. Laire needs to decide if she is an ally to the Concord. Reguh gets them, but temporary hitpoints don't bring a character back to life. They will act as a buffer if he is attacked whilst down, but he will be making death saving throws shortly unless someone heals him.
Dajarkal calls out "The orders are to bring the pirates in alive, we are not executioners and they need to be tried for their crimes. Restrain them or knock them out." She then casts hold person on Boerth, WIS DC14 save. Boerth's save is 8 .

On a fail they take 24 points of thunder damage, on a success they take 12 points of thunder damage.

Laire needs to roll a CON DC13 save still. On a fail she takes 24 damage (16 plus the 8 temp hit points) on a save she takes 12 damage (4 plus the 8 temp hit points).

I'd moved Laire up to next to Three Earrings for cure wounds and she took the damage there (see below, yellow circle is the blast radius and gets you four), though on her turn Laire moves up to the square just under Reguh. Fortunately everyone is rolling really well so far, so both Laire and Oden aren't looking too hurt.
[Just to avoid the centre of Heidi's blast being just outside the 60 ft spell reach (and the need to move it back a little which would not have got Dajarkal, but would have still got the others), Heidi would have moved around Vincent (staying within 5ft) so the centre of the shatter blast is around 55 ft.
I was genuinely worried that there would be multiple casualties when I first realised Heidi's spell with max damage was 24 and that is more than most of your HP. Fortunately Dajarkal's totem and your great rolls are meaning this is seeming like a cakewalk. That is it!! I'm bringing a tarrasque to the next fight... I mean, well done players!]
