V'rekh nods at Uthred's words and adds "were you able to understand whatever language those frog people were speaking?" While waiting for the prisoner to speak, the tortle would wade towards the other exit, illuminating it with his lighted up staff, to see hor far the tunnel goes.

The sailor grateful for the food and water concentrates for a moment. (21)
"I can't remember, everything is such a daze. Mostly they come from that direction." pointing towards the raised doorway V'rekh is inspecting, "but sometimes they head that with full sacks and back with them empty." now pointing toward the way you came at which Faylen is standing guard.
He continues, "I don't imagine rest here is safe, surely more will come by. I think you need to either leave with whoever can or secure the area."
All is quiet for the moment. V'rekh only sees another tunnel ahead with water flowing towards the room he is in.
"I can't see anyone in here" V'rekh calls back to the party. "There was another tunnel near the entrance, we could go back and explore that one or pursue the frog people through this one. I would prefer to chase them to get answers, but I don't know how to communicate with them."
“Agreed. When we next meet these creatures I would rather it not be with them coming up on us from behind. As to what we do when we meet, unfortunately, if we can’t communicate with them we can only judge them by their actions and so far those have not been great.“

Uthred ponders:
About the other tunnel, if they bring sacks there, it could be a storage or a outhouse...or both...not priority now, let's keep going this way

(If you are heading up the raised exit, opposite from where you entered, I just need to know your marching order)
Faylen moves to go away from where they entered.
If no one oposes the idea V'rekh would take the lead. Holding the luminous staff to see ahead, he starts walking into the raised exit.
Borax, having learnt from the last incident, goes second in line. Should the be attacked again he wants to be able to get in front of the others.
Faylen, drawing her daggers, follows behind Borax.
Uthred follows as well

Jarrett also follows behind quietly, watching the survivor for any signs of distress. "This place is disturbing." He whispers to Faylen.

Faylen nods to Jarrett, hoping they find the source of the red lights soon, and perhaps the humanoids that she spotted earlier.
