Keth knows he is outmatched solo against such an opponent and so he follows a tried and true tactic. He races away from the creature and back to the cabin, "My friends! My friends I could use your help!" He slides to a stop in the snow about twenty feet from the door and spins around to face the now distant creature, his axe ready to slice should it close with him.
As Kethretreats towards the cabin the creature stops its charge, smiles a toothy grin at Keth and utters a few words in an arcane language and as he finishes the words he spits a glob at Keth. Ray of Frost
Hit: 20
The globe strikes Keth and instantly spreads across his body and freezes doing: 10 points of damage to Keth and Keth's movement is reduced by 10 until his next turn.
As a bonus action, the creature changes form into that of a Wolf and runs 30 ft. in the opposite direction of Keth, towards the barn.
I am sorry to say that I will be closing this campaign down due to a lack of interest and responses. I thank each and every one of you for the opportunity to DM this game and allow me to sort this story out as far as it got. I do appreciate every one of you for your patience and willingness to play in the Homebrew. Thank you so much! I, personally, do not think this story is over and will go back, rewrite, and try to refine it. Once I am ready I will repost to see if I can inspire an interest in it. Again, thank you all so much for playing this out and helping me refine the story.
