"Very well Brida, but I am losing patience with the narrow minded intolerance I'm finding as I learn more about what has been happening here." Erevan enters the tent.
Darik hearing Erevan speak will follow along. "It's unfortunate but like Brida has said most of the leaders are either missing or worst hopefully they will be open minded. If not what will you do Brida?" Finishing his question he enters as well following behind Erevan standing behind if need letting him know. "I'll be behind you just let me know."
"He never gave me reason to question him but now I realize it's the binding Vera told us about," Brida begins, "my Chauntea brothers and sisters are not to be harmed," she then says in a hard tone to Darik. "They will help us if we ask the right questions," she adds looking at each member of the party.
OOC: Erevan you'll roll persuasion with advantage because Brida is helping you.
The tugging stops once you enter the tent as another cleric, the one you remember from breakfast days before an elderly chubby human woman, is healing a young woman's burns murmuring over the girl's hands and arms as a glow of arcane emits from her hands.
The tent is busy with work and you notice now this is where most of the children, 19 in total, are being housed and cared for by acolytes.
Brida looks to Erevan, "who do you think it is," she whispers flanked by Darik, Saarebas, and Aldaryn.
OOC: Andulra is communing with nature until Lizzy is well enough to post.
"Brida, right now I can't say for sure, but I'd like to start by questioning that one." indicating the one Erevan remembers from breakfast. Can you get her away from the others?"
"Hopefully this goes well. If it doesn't I think we should prepare to leave this stone here and then search for others that a missing. We'll have to return here eventually and I understand if the people are not too keen on giving up some of their last lines of defense."
OOC: Andulra you would feel the 'tug' if holding the stone, the stone is visibly glowing again.
Erevan: The stone is becoming hot in your hand, not painfully so but the center symbol is glowing brighter than ever before!!
Saarebas: Brida turns to you. "Exactly right, I am sure however that Ballen kept his secrets as well as any knowledge of the stones to himself. I am the only cleric here that was born in Carrowkeel and joined the temple for nearly ten years. The boy before me was killed during his first assignment out of Carrowkeel in Sul Na Mara," she explains next gesturing at the other clerics and acolytes working in the tent as she speaks to you in a hushes tone. "All the senior clerics and most acolytes came with Ballen from Feirm five years ago. There was some interest from members of the nearby homesteads and hamlets but Ballen is...particular," she adds with a shrug. "As for getting the stone I don't wish violence on anyone! They would be protecting the stone out of a false sense of loyalty to Ballen and a misunderstanding of it's importance to us," she explained next looking to Erevan now.
Brida parts from the group and approaches the older woman with a soft smile.
"Can we speak," she then says gesturing away from her work towards the party.
The old cleric looks hard as Brida and then at the party before giving a curt nod. "Out there," she says next rising from her stoop in front of the girl she was healing before gesturing outside the tent. Wiping her hands on an apron around her waist as she basically pushes through the party and out the flaps of the tent.
Erevan as soon as she passes you the stone burns white hot in your bare hand!! As she moves past the feeling fades but the tug begins anew once she's outside the tent.

Whispering: "Maybe you can help me Andulra.... Do you know the Guidance cantrip? If so please cast it on me, and if you know the Charm Person spell be ready with it in case the negotiations turn sour." Erevan hands the stone to Andulra. "Also, I think it would be more appropriate for a druid to carry this considering it's connection to the old gods and the base elements. It can be used to find the other stones, and I'm certain this cleric has one. As a druid, you may be more attuned to this than I am."
Leaving the tent and approaching the cleric, Erevan puts on a warm smile. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name... I am Erevan, I'd like to ask you about Sir Ballen. It seems he's unaccounted for. When did you last see him? Did he have any special instructions for you?" Persuasion: 15 (add 3 if under guidance).
OOC: I can / have a dominate person wand, charm person, cure wounds, detect poison and disease, and faerie fire. My cantrips are poison spray, shillelagh, and thorn whip
Andúlra takes the stone from Erevan and puts it in her bag. "Yes, I do know the charm spell and I will be ready and waiting."

Erevan: "THIS," she says gesturing annoyed at the tents, at the makeshift shelters. "What do you need? I'm very busy," she asks next looking at Brida.
Brida looks nervously at you Erevan, this is her superior too you now gather from her silence as you question Hilda.
