Rinn's arrow is true and Silenus' first strike cuts deeply into the abyssal's flesh. 

Silenus' second strike does not pierce the hide.

A volley of arrows from the dwarven accompaniment...

... are wild and do not hit the Aboleth ... luckily they don't hit any of the encased oozes or anyone else either. 

They have moved north of Silenus and are about twenty feet from the stairs leading up. 

((Hi all! Apologies I didn't notice this was back on! Can someone fill me in on what is going on?))

(( Hey! The party went down deep into the keep. They found another great hall running south to north with rooms on the east and west. They made it nearly to the north wall with a staircase going up. The main hall on this floor is flooded. The water is dark brackish and about eighteen inches deep. 

The ceiling in this main hall is covered in oozes and puddings encased in mineral deposits. 

Roughly, ninety feet from the stair, the party found the floor had fallen in. Within the breach the party clumsily discovered an Aboleth. 

The majority of the party has made there way across the chasm with the instrumental aid Rinn, Silenus, and Robwin.

Rinn is still on the south side of the chasm as is Yian.

Robwin has found a solid path to the east and is half way across the area, having stopped repeatedly to aid the party with spells. 

And that's the summary. 

The Aboleth is currently partially out of the water, facing Silenus on the north side. Previously, only its tentacles were visible. ))

She'll also give it Favoured Foe! So that's an additional: 1

Ydri will wade into the fight and attack too!

Yian's eyes flash as she glares at the Aboleth in the water, she pulls back her bow twice firing a volley into the side of the creature!

Ydri leaps into the fray teeth gnashing.

Everyone else sees Yian pause for a second then the Aboleth dives under the surface of the brackish waters. 

Rinn and Robwin may make opportunity attacks. 

Rinn does a quick stab with the Rakdos Riteknife.

Bonus damage from trapped souls: 8 necrotic

Sneak attack if applicable: 14

Rinn, You take 14 psychic damage as you feel the Rakdos Riteknife heat up in your hand. (( Mark the blade as half full. You have a greater Aboleth - a being from the Abyssal plane trapped in your blade. ))
