((Maces are heavy and unwieldy so Trinjya has no interest in it except for the coin it's worth and from how our fights went so far, she seems to be the only group member who ever really uses a weapon. So I guess no, nobody did.))
((Yeah, mace not really exciting loot for a party of warlocks, bards and wizard. :D ))
Everyone gets around, Frankie doesn't really seem to be much improved, still nearly catatonic and reliant on Sirq to direct his movement and coax him along.
((Trinjya taking point as you head out again? Or someone else? Survival check from whoever's in the lead.))

Morn will once again stick to the middle of the group and keep a keen eye out for anything that looks unfriendly near them in the swamp as they make their way back to the boat (Perception: 11).
Trinjya's feeling it, and sets off, the others in tow. They traverse a bit of dry-ish ground, before needing to slog through a bit of muck, but Trinjya's certain that it's the best way. She has a disorienting moment, like reaching the bottom of a flight of stairs before you think you should, as her foot comes to rest on the surface of the water, not sinking into the swamp water or muck!
(OOC - I'm happy for you to have the mace. I'm not sure about everyone else as there was talk of selling to recoup some costs, but I'm ok with you taking a fiery mace :) )
((Well, I guess a couple of us could technically use the mace, but it is a weapon that relys on strength, and we are a bunch of weak spellcasters who would have a better chance to hit and probably higher damage if we would just use a dagger, rapier, cantrip or whatever, despite the fact that the mace is magic (yeah I'm especially looking at you eldritch blast warlock people, However, I'm not against you using it, if you wish to.))
Trinjya looks at her feet, then at the ring, then at Samael who sinks into the muck and back at the ring.
"Guys, I think I just fell in love with a piece of jewelery. "
Trinjya starts a little happy dance on the "muckiest" parts in her vivinity while the others catch up to her.
It has a strange amount of give as she dances, so it's not her spriteliest jig, but Trinjya dances up and down on the surface of the water, while the others struggle to keep pace.

Morn continues to use his mage hand to gather anything that might make their trek across the muck a little easier. He stays close to Frankie, helping Sirq aide the rescued prisoner back towards their boat.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
How's Frankie getting on?: 8
Sirq is able to keep Frankie moving, he's still quick to startle and panic, and has been largely uncommunicative, but it seems he knows you're taking him out of the swamp and is eager to leave.
You progress through the day, it's a slog for everyone but Trinjya, but she's in a much better position to move up and down the line when people get stuck, and while her meager strength isn't enough to pull people free in most cases, she provides a support that the rest of you are able to grab onto and haul yourselves out.
By midday, you arrive back at the mouth of the river, muddy, wet, and cold. The weather seems to be taking a turn towards winter, and while nothing is iced over or falling from the sky, Frankie isn't the only one trembling and shivering as you arrive back at Clem's boat. He and his boys have a fire built up and stew and tea hot and ready for you, having been alerted by Ganadalon to your imminent arrival.
Samael doesn't find many things to try his new mace out on, but it looks pretty cool, with the fire licking up around his hand without burning him.
Morn helps to seat Frankie down on the boat and turns to Clem, "Our thanks for waiting a little longer. I know it wasn't ideal given your surrounds," he makes a sweeping gesture to the swamp around. "Is there anything you need help with before the evening or before we push off to head back to town? We're a little worse for wear, but I'm happy to lend my help where I can."

Trinjya has grown quite confident with her navigations kills and will continue to lead the party.

(btw, I can use the mace, soooo I can has melee?)
Samael follows.
((Not quite sure what you're asking, but if you want to have attuned it the previous night, and that's good with the party, you could have done so.))
Samael, unlike Trinjya, sinks up to his calves in the muck.

Samael is annoyed at trinya, but the muck isn't drowning him this time, so no command grovel spite maneuvers.
