As a bonus action, he'll try Bardic Inspiration* on Velshir. Stomping to the beat of the war drum, he'll keep singing low, almost chanting.

Velshire you have Bardic Inspiration so afterrolling any roll you may choose a 1 time use of 1d6 to add to that roll before I have responded to your action. (ie you roll 14 attack - you can opt to roll 1d6 to it as 15 hits them or to a save, etc. If you'd like to add to your action an IF - that works too. IF this roll is a .... then use it, etc.)

Velshir noticed Unthir’s trick, and the goblin’s reaction to it, and feels a sudden spark of appreciation for the dwarf. Velshir had clearly underestimated the short creature. He feels bolstered by his new companion’s actions (and holds on to that feeling, for now).
Slashing down one of the puny green creatures, Iymbryl hears Velshir's admonishment and responds. Pulling out of his cut in a smooth motion he makes note of the archers' positions and advances towards them with shield raised.
Will use all of his movement to get as close as possible to the firing goblins. If he does not make it all the way he will ready the dodge action.

Having reached the other goblins and eager to utilize his finely honed martial abilities, Iymbryl takes another slash with his sword. The fury of battle ringing in his blood...this is it...the chance to prove himself.

The arrow strikes into Sheyla and she stumbles against the cart. Crimson blood begins spilling out staining her fine cloak. Her hands touch the wound and she winced in pain and looks st her bloody hands.
With a cry of anger she looks up. Her breathing quickening and a look of pure fury crosses her face. She brings her right hand up, the droplets of blood upon her hand coalescing into a frozen icicle as red as her blood. She then throws it a goblin where it then explodes tossing little red shards in all directions. With that her fury passes and she falls to her hands and knees.
That arrow really hurt. Down to 3 HP.
Action: casting ice knife and tossing it at any goblin that would be grouped up near another goblin. If there is no grouping, then the most unattended goblin within 60ft.
Ice knife Attack: 10 Damage: 9 cold damage
Regardless if it hits, it, and everyone within 5 feet must make a Dc 13 dex save or take 5 cold damage
Free action dropping prone giving disadvantage from ranged attacks.
Mid verse, Unthir sees Sheyla slam into the cart and he waivers momentarily.
When he resumes, he changes his tone with some difficulty. His voice grew louder and more aggressive, rising to a true battle cry
"Dooo ah." "Dooo AH!" "DOOO AH!!"
Imitating the sound of a goat's horn as best he can, Unthir will then bellow deep from his horn, and cast Silent Image behind the cart.
He hears the thundering of the drums, the stomping of feet, the course chanting of a marching formation fade.
With the horns mighty blow, the approach of 2 incoming massive even by berserker standards Orcs is signaled. The moment they appear, he'll stop singing and scream, "KILL TINY GOBLINS!!" as the images "run" towards the group.
