Cade transforms into a Mammoth again. (Bonus action.)
He then charges the Dragon...
Trampling Charge. If the mammoth moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the mammoth can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action.
Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: 18 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 piercing damage. (If a crit add 21)
(If the dragon is prone, by some miracle...) Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: 13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone creature. Hit: 32 bludgeoning damage. (If a crit add 23)
Ignore the stomp (if it ended up being an option), he already used his bonus action this round.
As Cade charges forward to attack with his mammoth tusks, Max twists out of the way at the last second missing Cade's tusks. As Max moves back round to attack, he swings his tail at Cade.
(Tail: 20 Damage: 13 blugeoning damage.)
Max then turns around and releases a cone of fire from his mouth aimed directly at Cade's mammoth form.
(Dexterity saving throw; DC 21 - 64 fire damage, half on a success.)

@DragonDenn
Max is caught off guard as Cade quickly recovers and attacks again with his tusks. Cade's tusks pierce through his thick scales drawing blood, causing Max to let out a roar in pain. However, as soon as Max pulls Cade's tusks out the red light cast by the red orbs begin to flicker. Then before Cade's eyes, the wound begins to heal up leaving only a scratch remaining.
Then filled with new strength, Max beats his wings at Cade causing a strong wind to fill the room.
(Dex saving throw; DC 22 - 16 bludgeoning damage and knocked prone. I'm assuming this will also be a success.)
Max then closes the gap standing over Cade and lets out a terrifying roar spreading his wings to make himself look as big as possible. He then lowes his head to bite at Cade with his sharp teeth and strong jaw, followed up clawing at him with his powerful talons.
(Frightful Presence; Wis saving throw; DC 19 - Failure causes frightened. Reroll at the end of each turn.
Bite: 21 Damage: 13 piercing damage
Claw 1: 34 Damage: 21) slashing damage
Claw 2: 33 Damage: 20) slashing damage)

(At level 7 Dispel Magic works automatically on Symbol as it is a level 7 spell.)
As Nephris casts the dispel magic on the door the symbol glows with a light blue glow before disappearing altogether.

Cade-mammoth again uses his bonus action to become a new Mammoth, completely removing any damage done. He pushes up to his feet and turns to attack the closest source of the red light.
Cade-mammoth again uses his bonus action to become a new Mammoth. He glances to the glowing lamps, then to the dragon.
"Seems like we have a bit of a standoff here..." He says into the mind of the dragon. "You cannot harm me, and I cannot harm you..." He waves his trunk at the source of the red light. "Will your magic last, or is it limited in some fashion I wonder..."
He waits a moment to see if the dragon responds, but will attack this round still if no response comes.
Nephris sees the magic dissipate from the door and nods to the others. "We'd better get a move on or Cade will have all the fun!" He tries to push open the door.
Best looks confused but still successfully casts aid at slot level 5 (20 HP increase) on himself, Aquadiablo and Nephris, as mentioned previously, and hurries to get through the door with the others "Let's do this!"
Max grins a toothy smile, "Doesn't matter. All I have to do is keep you here. Once Dresden has dealt with the presents he will come by to finish you off."
The rest of you push open the main entrance door to find a large chamber that is exquisitely furnished and rather comfortable looking. A pair of large statues flank the foyer at the west end of the room. Opposite the door, the glow of a roaring fire illuminates a pair of couches separated by a large, coffee table upon which an in-progress game of chess sits. A dining table set for six rests near the northwestern wall. The smell of cooked meats, warm soup, and uncorked wine assaults your senses.

"It appears that someone was expecting us," Nephris nods to the food. "But as rude as it is, I don't think we should wait. Cade is somewhere above." But before he moves on, he scans the area, not knowing what to expect and suspecting traps and enemies abound (Perception: 25).
Katharine rases an eyebrow at Nephris, "What? You break into a tower where someone lives and you expect that the food left out on a table is for us? When would Dresden have prepared for that between stealing all the presents and coming up here to throw them into the abyss?"
As Cade looks around the room, he gets a better layout of the room. He sees that there is a staircase leading up and a staircase leading down. These exits would allow him to continue to move through the rest of the tower if he can get past Max. He also sees four orbs around the room, one at each of main four compass points.
As Nephris searches around the room, his sharp eyes spot several things happening at once. Firstly, the two statues, the ones you passed on entry, come to life ready to attack. Just afterwards, a fiery figure springs out of the fireplace. Leaving ash on the floor beneath.
Nephris also senses two other entities in the room, but he cannot see them.
(A few more questions... When Cade attacked the first source of light, what actually happened? Did he miss or did his magical natural weapon attack simply not harm it? His natural attacks are magical, if that makes a difference. Also, I did not get my answer on how big the alcoves are. I am considering trying to block them off, so the light cannot reach the dragon. How tall is this room, as wellas how tall are the alcoves?)
(Well the alcoves are the full size of the room which is tall enough to find an adult dragon in. So let's say the room is 40 feet tall. If you want to get specific you did not get more than its AC.)

Cade-mammoth fails the save, as he has a -1 to dex in mammoth form.
At the start of his turn he uses a bonus action to become a new mammoth, completely removing any damage from the previous round.
Gore Attack: 30 Damage: 45
"Hurry up and get that door open, it sounds like something is going on up there!"
(OOC - taking @Laser's notes into account, so dispel magic cast at 7th level.)
Roll for dispel: 25 + 2 (guidance)
Nephris casts the dispel on the door. He smiles awkwardly at the others once he's completed the spell. "Well, shall we then?"

Cade attacks the red orb that glows with archaic energy but it fails to leave even a scratch on its surface.
In retaliation for attacking one of the orbs, Max beats his wings to below another strong wind at Cade.

He then releases another fiery breath attack of scorching flames at Cade.
