Katharine turns to face the fire elemental, then she draws on the powers granted to her by her patron. She utters an incantation under breath so that no one can hear here, and then points with her free hand. She casts Frostbite at the fire elemental.
(12 cold damage, half damage on Con 19 saving throw)
Then as a bonus action, she once again draws on her gifted powers, pulling together threads of shadow into her hand. Then the threads manifest into a dark shadow blade which she throws at the fire elemental hoping to strike at it.
(If in dim light or darkness then advantage - 14 or 16 for 7 psychic damage.)

Then one of the stone statues rushes forwards and slams itself against Best and his horse, before slamming against Katharine.
If it isn't too late I just realized Vixon, Best's owl familiar, could use it's action to put out the fire on Best. (OOC: If that doesn't work let me know.)

Suddenly a skeletal figure comes gliding down the stairs, his robes trailing on the steps behind him. It is Dresden the Lich himself investigating the disturbance on this floor. Once he reaches the bottom of the steps his hollow eyes quickly spot Cade in his mammoth form.

His sleeve still smouldering, Nephris takes 1 fire damage (halved) as the plate hits him on the back of the arm. As the stone statue hits him and he tries to keep himself upright, Nephris points at the statue while he whistles a quick tune and casts Hellish Rebuke at the statue (Dex Save DC 19, or 9 fire damage).
He then steadies himself and returns his attention back to the fire elemental. Whistling a little tune as he clicks his fingers and a ghostly, skeletal hand appears at the shoulder of the fire elemental ready to try and latch on (Chill Touch).

"But I have kept your attention, and gotten you to use some of your most powerful spells on me..." Cade informs them both.
(Cade has taken 90 HP of damage - to his true form, but is still at 70+ HP after all of that. The Mammoth soaked up a lot of the damage before the 90 Cade had to take.)
