In this game, you and the other players with you have only one goal: Destroy the nearly invincible godmodder in front of you! To this end: Use ANY attacks you want!
Godmodder: 300/300 HP
Rules And Tips:
1: Don't expect your attacks against the godmodder to actually work. 2: No double posting, and up to three posts per person per turn/post by me. Note that this applies to action posts, OOC/roleplay posts are fine so long as they aren't double posts. 3: The godmodder is perfectly possible to defeat... but he has a way of blocking your attacks unless you use attacks that can't be easily countered. 4: If an attack works, you'll only scratch the godmodder, and it generally won't work a second time. But with enough attacks... 5: You can *try* to help the godmodder, but he'll always repay your kindness with pain. 6: No sign-ups of any kind required, and newbies always welcome! Feel free to just skip right to the most recent post and start doing stuff. you do not need a character sheet or anything of the sort. 7: This rules list and post will probably get updated every so often.
NOTE: this is on the DnD forums, but while I might roll for your luck if it seems appropriate, the success of your actions will be decided primarily by how interesting, funny, creative, etc. they are.
Attack attempt #1: after a few summons and discussions with extraplanar entities from the farthest reaches of the multiverse, my message spreads and travels until it finally reaches the intended recipient. Suddenly a bright flash goes off next to the godmodder, and standing next to him is the great Pun-Pun in all his underwhelming kobold glory. "This is a challenge more suited to 3.5!" he shouts, smiting the arrogant upstart.

the godmodder wins the initiative via a readied action ("Kill the next idiot to decide he wants to attack me") and casts death bolt, forcing pun-pun the kobold to make a fortitude save. sadly, the pun-pun how-to-make description on the internet does not state a +fortitude effect and...9
the godmodders luck holds, giving the kobold a roll under 16. pun-pun dies instantly.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As the smoke settles from where the tiny god died, an archmage with a silly hat pops out of a bush and casts his homebrew variant of disintegrate that uses "wacky" damage.
Given a successful Dex throw beating my 19 DC I do 100 damage
Hopefully bypassing damage reduction, etc. Trying the obvious things first, used a level 20 wizard to calculate everything.

your first hint that something was wrong was when the godmodder's Dex save didn't get rolled.
your second hint came about half a second later, where the middle button on his shirt transformed into a cross between a cream pie and a cow, then fell to the ground. he then, unperturbed, sews on another button.
(the idea is that if he polymorphs a cow into a button, the cow-button would get hit and disintegrated instead of him, or in this case, turned into a cream pie.
-------------------------------
the godmodder's starting to get worried. at this rate, you might get a hit in! the godmodder is preparing something...
Godmodder 300/300 HP
((I'm going to start updating less often eventually, and probably settle into a rate of once per day, but for now, every 2 hours or so it is.))
EDIT: Looks like Forums Games fits this better then play by post, so I made a new thread there. here is the new thread.
I shall be using my discord avatar, as it's a zoomed in section of the madelbrot set so that perhaps poses problems yet also provides potential possiblities: I unfold from a point above the battlefield, at first glance I look sort of like a cyan fuzzball but on closer inspection it's spikier than that but still can't really be called spikes and all the spikes have spikes or possibly fuzz on them. My appearance doesn’t change right as perspective changes and however your eyes focus it's never quite right.
Upon reviewing the situation I decide that attacking the godmodder in an even remotely conventional way is an exercise in futility. Thus I create a small gnome in purple tweed vest with neon orange spots and stripes, it has incredibly baggy pants printed with a jpeg so incredibly shitty that what it was ever meant to represent is unclear, it also has long pointy twirly shoes, hat and nose but they aren't as long as the hat and shoes are green, they're neon green, as green as a very green thing. It sings a song “I know a song that gets on everybody's nerves, EVERYBODY'S NERVES, everybody's nerves and this is how it goes…” ad infinitum in a nasal tone, off key and slightly off time with random pauses just to keep the ‘modder from getting used to it. It is also in destructible, immortal, phasing, can teleport, counts as it's own unalterable and ontologicaly self supporting sub dimention, exsists above and beyond both space and time, can be heard over even the loudest noises, can be heard and seen through any and all obstructions including a lack of eyes ears or sensory cortex, cannot be fooled or misdirected due to fundementaly being bonded to the godmoddet, too simple to bargin with, cannot be mind controlled as it’s basic nature is annoying the godmodder and cannot be retroactively erased. As long as the godmodder exsists in some form in some time or place there will be an annoying gnome dancing around it singing an annoying song. Forever. That's just how things are now.
