The Kobolds Three are almost supernaturally quiet considering their usual mannerisms. They stay low (not hard) and do their best to stay with the group while remaining as unseen and unnoticed as possible. The continue keeping a running map in their heads, noting ad many details and specifics as possible in case they come in handy.
In the armory, in the mad scrum for everyone to grab blindly, they still manage to get some pieces for themselves... Moxo grabs a chain shirt and a shield, Fred grabs a couple of daggers and a crossbow. Zenga grabs a short sword and promptly hands it over to Moxo at his earliest convenience.
Noticing the marks of a trap door, the three scuttle over to it and start inspecting it. None of them are particularly training in the arts of a rogue, but they do have some knowledge of how to design traps so they do their best to investigate the door before trying to open it...

We're doing one small murder-y thing for a bigger, better reason. The ends justify the means.
The door is made of the same zurkhwood, a type of wood made from a mushroom, as all the other wooden things you've seen. A rope ladder is attached to it, and the Kobolds
can hear the sound of drow playing some card game.
With much waving of arms and covering of mouths with hands and wide eyed expressions, the Kobolds Three do their best to tell everyone to stay hushed without actually saying a word. Zenga will creep up to Armelis and, in the softest hushed whisper, let them know there is a card game going on beyond that door.
"Either we sneaks out on the quiet like, or we rush in like crazies and swarm them before they can react?" Zenga suggests/asks...
Fred is holding Moxo's snout close with one hand and pressing their ear against the door, trying to count on the other hand how many different voices he hears.

The Kobolds back away from the trap door, there are much better suited targets to go in first! Moxo holds his new short sword at the ready, Fred is fumbling with a hand crossbow he doesn't really know how to use and is finding it impossible. Zenga watches everything, always calculating the best odds and keeping an eye out for opportunities and on the exits. He's also mentally running down his list of prepared spells to figure out if there are any at all he can cast... There may be a few that do not need material components....
((All in all, the kobolds are following the most sturdy looking group of people...))

"But I need what they took from me. It's hard to explain why, but I need what they took from me." Varnos wandered closer to the door, trying to listen to see if he heard anything on the other side of the door.
Xunhar peeks back inside the armory as the others discuss, "Yes, let's take a look around and see what we can find. I'm not about to leave my belongings as a parting gift to these spider-kissers." and moves through the room towards the other exit to join Varnos in checking the door.
Armalis grips the short-sword and shield he grabbed, feels the weight of the chain shirt and the daggers. They don't feel familiar. It would be nice to have his own things back. But...
"How do you know your things are there?" he whispers.
Max grabs a chain shirt, shield, dagger and a short sword. “Nice work, fellas,” he whispers, leaning close to the Kobolds. ”If we take out the card players, that’s even more guards gone from our path. Let’s jump them.”
Max will crack the trapdoor open just a crack to get an idea of how big a drop it is.
Xunhar moves his head about behind Varnos trying to get a view of whatever he saw out the door, eventually growing impatient and sharply poking him in the ribs with two fingers, "See anything?"
Kozvul will grab and equip studded leather, a hand crossbow, and two daggers.
"Good question... I'm not really sure." Kozvul said to Varnos "They knocked me out and took my supplies before dragging me down here."
(We'll just assume people who grabbed crossbows took a case of bolts too.)

Three.
Fred uses his free hand to convert as much to whoever is paying attention...

So, what would you all like to do?
Kozvul draws her two daggers.
"If it's just three, we should be able to take them. But it needs to be quickly before they call out for help."
"And quietly!" hisses Zenga in a whisper.

"What about the other door?" Varnos whispers, grabbing a daggar from the wall as well.
"Better they never knew we were here", Armalis whispers. He points down at the trap door.
"But I need what they took from me. It's hard to explain why, but I need what they took from me." Varnos wandered closer to the door, trying to listen to see if he heard anything on the other side of the door.

(Remember, the trapdoor is the card game, the regular door opens to the outside.)
Varnos,
You hear a soft, melodic voice in your head. "I can tell you where I am. Come get me. NOW."
Max grabs a chain shirt, shield, dagger and a short sword.

Varnos pauses, his eyes widening for a moment as he remains still for a moment.
"
Umm...Where is that...?" He tied to ask through his mind, feeling unease at the contact & the way he tried to communicate with the voice.
Xunhar moves his head about behind Varnos trying to get a view of whatever he saw out the door, eventually growing impatient and sharply poking him in the ribs with two fingers, "See anything?"
