So I don't seem to have access to the book. I pre-ordered and I've never had an issue before with accessing a pre-ordered book once the calendar hit the release date. How in the world is it that DDB is now owned by WotC and by all estimations should have more resources to work with and more direct access to everything D&D, yet the end user experience just keeps getting worse? Come on WotC, where is my book?
All releases on D&D Beyond since the beginning of October have been targeted for 7am Pacific Time/3pm UTC. As of posting this reply, that is less than 40 minutes away
I bought the digital only version, and I have the option for dragonlance content enabled, but the content itself is not showing up. As well as resynced my entitlements. Am I missing something? Ignore this, I just saw Davyd's comment
i understand why you’ve had to create the Hoopak as two items the “Hoopak” and “Hoopak (Ranged)” to enable its full functionality on the character sheet. However, should one not be set to zero weight and zero cost since it’s in effect a dummy item to overcome limitations of the D&D Beyond character sheet rather than a separate item (i.e. each character will actually only have one Hoopak)?
You need to own the new book here on D&D Beyond or be in a campaign where it’s shared with you to have access to it. If you do and it’s not showing up, check that your Entilements are synced under account settings.
So, we've got another sorcerer subclass that grants origin spells. I believe, RAW, because these are spells you know they are spells you can replace on a level up. Any chance we're finally going to see this added, or are we still stuck making a homebrew copy of the subclass and modifying the spell list that way?
Already did everything of that, I can access literally anything BUT the Hoopak. I think there might be a bug, because... If I create a new character, use optional rules for proficiency, and then search for the Hoopak, it appears. Strange but I found a workaround. Still thanks for your answer!

As someone who is a release manager for the company I work for, a bit of communication to your customers about access times would have helped those of us who pre-ordered and had trouble accessing 2 weeks early, and on the main release date. Might be something to bring up during the retro conversation for this release.
I seem to be having a much different problem than most here. I like to build characters, odd characters. I was trying to build a Plasmoid Barbarian and use the Initiate of High Sorcery background. I have no access to the spells that the background gives me. I also find it odd that it is a background and not a Wizard subclass. BUT, whatever, it doesn't seem to be working.
Which spells are you trying to get from the background? Some are from the PHB, so if you don't own that on this site you won't have access. Try any of the Lunitari or Solinari spells.
It's basically a background that grants a limited version of the Magic Initiate feat.
They've said on another post it'll be releasing at 15:00 UTC so just under 2 hours as of this post.

Now when i try to access the content i'm getting an internal server error
Same.
It’s up now
try now, is working for me now
Lunar Sorcery hasn't been property programmed as all moon phases all link to the new moon instead of the proper phases.
Am I the only person who's having troubles accessing the kender race when creating a new character?

Can I ask you, how did you get the Hoopak added to your character sheet? It simpy won't show up for me in the search field.

You should - right at the start - have the option to "Enable Dragonlance Content" - and that should work.
Note: Assuming you either own the Dragonlance book or that it's been shared with you in a campaign you're in.
