Initially when creating a level 1 cleric I am only able to prepare a single spell. I have to leave the character creator and return for the full four spells to be available.
The new rules surrounding spellslots when multiclassing aren't applying as they should and it seems to still be rounding down half-casters, when the 2024 rules say to round up. level 3 ranger + level 1 cleric still seem to be counted as level 2 on the multiclassing table, where I believe they should be level 3 - granting 4 level 1 spell slots and 2 level 2 spell slots instead of just 3 level 1 spell slots.
As mentioned by others, The ranger fighting styles have no way to pick a fighting style feats.
Just posting on here so hopefully support and others can see...
I'm at Master level subscription with pretty much everything purchased and synced and still can't access like...anything. It's endlessly cycling me through a couple of different pages.
The 2024 classes don't have access to Tasha's optional features. Since it is supposed to be backwards compatible, they should have the option to take most of them, but the character builder doesn't display them.
When creating a 2024 Warlock, the Investment of the Chainmaster Eldritch Invocation does not appear as a level 5 choice even after selecting Pact of the Chain as an invocation
there appears to be a typo in the intro to chapter 3: "The heroes Mercion, Molliver, Strongheart, and Ringlerun protect a portal to another Character Classes plane from diabolical invaders". I believe this should be "Character Class' " or "Character Class's" - otherwise I can't quite figure out what that sentence means.
On the Weapon mastery part of fighter: Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Is it just me or does that seam backwards?
Shouldn't it read: Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as a Bonus Action instead of part of the Attack action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but spells that are only supposed to be Always Prepared are currently set be At Will. At least it is for Sorcerers and Warlocks.

Tasha's rules only apply to pure 2014 characters. They are not pemitted on 2024 character just as you can't multiclass an older paladin with the new warlock
While trying to create a Circle of Spores Druid under the PHB 2024 Druid, the new/updated Chill Touch cantrip is not added as part of the subclass features. Only the legacy Chill Touch is given (and only if the Legacy option is turned on) when the subclass is selected.
Note: this appears that all spells from subclasses not in the PHB 2024 are linked to the legacy version of their spells. Like the example above with a Circle of Spores druid links to the legacy version of Blindness/Deafness and not the reworded PHB 2024 version.
Issues I've encountered so far (just updating my characters):
- Subclasses from 2014 PHB that haven't gotten an upgrade (like Tempest Cleric) are mistakenly tagged as "Legacy" despite not having a newer, updated version.
- backwards compatible subclasses that grant spells, grant "Legacy" versions of the spells, instead of using the updated option that would match using the 2024 class. (annoying on a Wildfire Druid where your always prepared Cure Wounds only grants 1d8 hp).
- When Ranger chooses a Fighting Style the only options are "Druidic" or "Fighting Style", there's no way to choose which specific fighting style you'd like to pick. Also Hail of Thorns still shows Concentration on character sheet despite not mentioning it in the actual book.
- Custom Backgrounds not supporting Origin Feats and custom ASI yet is disappointing, seeing as the backgrounds are the most clunky section of character creation by far.
You guys said it would be compatible with the old subclass content but, I don't have access to the Biggby presents Glory of the giants content. I only see the tasha's and Xanathar's guide content on expanded rules. Is that being worked on or am I gonna have to make my barbarian in my campaign change to new subclass for now? I was expecting all other barbarian subclasses to port over. Does that mean I don't have access to the feat either?

Or am I just misunderstanding this?
You are misunderstanding it. Nick makes it so you don't need a bonus action to make an additional attack with a light weapon in your off hand
I'm a master-tier subscriber and pre-ordered the player's handbook digital+physical bundle. I was forced to do so through WOTC, as Canadian purchases were apparently not supported on D&D Beyond.
I am unable to access the early access to the Player's Handbook. Please help!
I'm in Canada and the pre-order purchase option was pretty janky. I had to go through the WOTC website. Wizards team assured me that my purchase would sync with D&D Beyond, but it hasn't.

im having the same issue
I have noticed a few issues:
Just posting on here so hopefully support and others can see...

Hopefully support can fix this soon...
Made up a level 5 Goliath Berzerker who is showing Advantage on everything when raging -
Advantage: to end the Grappled condition (Powerful Build)
That's on every stat.
Adding on an issue.

The spells you pick for the Ritual Caster feat don't pop up in your spell list.

Update the app it happed to me updating fixed it, but I was still hoping for just a toggle between version 😤

Cannot select Battlemaster subclass, when multiclassing into 2024 fighter level 3. It's just not an option.
Choosing Boon of Skill to give proficiency in all skills removes all class skills (as least from Rangers).
Let the Mists surround you...
