Is anyone else having an issue attempting to add the 2024 PHB Digital only into their cart? Every time I click the digital option it forces the webpage back to the Physical version
On the Paladin page (Game Rules > Classes > Paladin), the Fighting Style feature says, “you can choose the option below.” This is in reference to the Blessed Warrior fighting style, which should be listed right after, but this fighting style is not listed.
Jack of all Trade does not apply to initiative anymore (as it should).
When making a custom background, the selected proficiencies are not showing as such on the character sheet.
Jack of All Trades was changed in the 2024 rules such that it now only applies to skill checks, which doesn’t include Initiative. If you’re using the 2024 version of the Bard class, then that behavior is correct.
I'm not sure if it's been reported, but Great Weapon Master doesn't seem to be adding your proficiency bonus to your damage rolls with heavy weapons. I have both a Longbow and a Greatsword equipped. Both have the 'Heavy' property with the great weapon master feat, and neither is correctly showing the additional damage being added.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

I don't know if this is specifically the reason that this isn't supported, but part of the problem with this may be that the extra damage from Great Weapon Master doesn't apply to all attacks, only to those made as part of the Attack action on your turn. It doesn't, for instance, work on opportunity attacks. D&D Beyond's character sheet doesn't have an easy way to distinguish these in its current state.

I do think this is why; it doesn't always apply. However, given that it usually applies, I have chosen to add it as a custom damage bonus in each weapon and try to remember to NOT include it where it doesn't apply rather that trying to remember to add it when it does.
In the Character Creator, there are multiple subclasses missing from the Fighter Subclass dropdown with the 2024/Core Fighter, but are still available in the 2014 "Martial Archetype" drop down. Could this just be because they aren't categorized the same way? (One being "Fighter Subclass" and the other "Martial Archetype?")
The specific options I personally don't see are homebrews and critical role options...
Edit: Critical Role appears to be missing from each class they had options with; fighter, monk, wizard...

It's important to understand that D&D Beyond has implemented the 2024 versions of classes as separate classes internally. While the official subclasses have been configured to work with both, third-party subclasses (including Critical Role stuff) have not yet been updated for use with the 2024 classes. And a homebrew subclass can only be linked to one class, so each one is either for the 2014 class or the 2024 class, not both. This is why you're not seeing the 2014 ones when you select the 2024 class.
"Martial Archetype" is the old term for a Fighter subclass. It's the same thing.
Regarding the Diviner Wizard's Divination Savant feature at Level 3 in the Character Level Management page: I chose "Detect Thoughts" and "See Invisibility" as the two divination spells I get to add to the spellbook for free. Instead of being added to my spellbook, however, these two spells are now listed as being *always* prepared under my spells tab. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think this is how Divination Savant is supposed to work.
There's a quality-of-life issue where, if you first pick Human or Custom Lineage as your race, select your additional origin feat (in the case of CL, that's what's most notable for members of that lineage) and then pick a background that happens to share the same origin feat, if it isn't a repeatable one, instead of getting a drop-down window to select another feat, you're simply told that you already have that feat and don't get to replace it from there; you'd have to change the one from the race or lose out.

That seems to be the way things are supposed to work in the 24 paradigm.
You can always ask your DM about it, and use the feat manager on the character sheet if they allow you to take another.
Yeah, it seems a lot of the data was added as quickly as possible without ensuring usability. Most likely they have too high a worload for too few people.

This is just speculation, but...speaking as a software engineer, it really has the feel of something where people were given an incredibly unrealistic deadline and had to just smash through whatever they could in the time available.

Yeah, a lot of the errors with the first two books were data-entry errors, and the homebrew tools are clunky AF, so they make errors more likely.
We're probably going to see more of the errors like legacy paladin subclasses getting fixed once the MM is out and its first wave of errors is cleaned up. They'll have breathing room then. (The MM is even more data entry heavy than either of the other two books.)
The programming issues will take longer, and some of them are going to be intractable until they rewrite parts of the backend.

good observation.

The 2024 Fighter is supposed to have one use of Second Wind refresh on a Short Rest, but all of the uses in the character sheet are Long Rest.
This could be easily fixed by separating one use of Second Wind from the others and have that use refresh on a Short Rest.
That is what I did as well. It is easier to remember to take it off when it does not apply than have to add it most the time as it will usually apply.

The backward compatibility of the paladin is not good. Only the 2024 subclasses have their subclass spells. We are forced to do homebrew with it

BUG
Ritual Caster Feat doesn't add any of the Ritual spells you choose to your spell list
