This is another vote for a better resolution Atlas of Faerun map. The current 4096x2918 resolution does not allow for many landmarks, such as a river names, to be legible. Additionally, the pixelation does not give the impression of it being a quality professional product. A 16k or vector graphic would be much appreciated even if it is a large file size.

I agree. Another vote here for a better resolution of the Atlas of Faerun map.
I purchased the Physical+Digital bundle with PayPal. I received an email saying that the payment did not pass and WotC cancelled the physical items. I had no say in the matter. I preordered the bundle for 127USD, now WotC charged me with 85USD for the digital content only and have to pay 100 USD or so for the physical books. The support hasn’t responded, not even an automated response. How can I get someone to look into this, please?
Typically when this happens, they'll send a coupon so you can reorder at the discounted price. If you haven't received that coupon, then contacting customer support was the correct step. Support tickets are answered in the order they're received, so the exact wait time can depend on how many tickets are ahead of yours, but they'll definitely get back to you when your turn comes.

Regarding the Crown of Horns... Power Word Kill is written as being able to be casted at will on the sheet. Necrotic damage immunity is also not granted on the sheet. Also, a little detail but... In the book, it's written that the artwork was develloped by conceptopolis... But the design is from an artist called Muhamad Faizal Fikri. So, that's weird.

Even on their own ArtStation account, they've got some of their works credited to Conceptopolis, like this one. I assume this is intentional due to some business arrangement they have with that company.
I have now found out that you can get an 8k version by going to the Maps VTT, selecting the "Faerun" map in the interface for adding a map, and opening the thumbnail image in a new tab. This is better but honestly still falls short of reasonable consumer expectations here. The original must be a vector graphic so I really don't understand why it was released like this and why there has been radio silence on this topic since release.
(As a side note: Loading the complete 8k image in the maps browser instead of an actual thumbnail is, ah, ever so slightly unoptimized, I'd expect this gets fixed soon. )
In the Atlas of Faerun (special Blur edition), the Monastery of the Yellow Rose in the Earthspur Mountains to the south of Mulmaster is labeled "Monestery of the Yellow Rose"
