The details pages for both of the new backgrounds (here and here) do not list the associated ability scores or feats.
This has been a problem with a lot of the newer backgrounds — though most have been fixed — which makes it seem like there's a problem with the process somewhere.

Lorwyn elves are still not fixed and have the wrong spells! I have brought this issue for over 2 weeks now!
I can't seem to purchase the title, throws an error and wont add to cart.
