Heliana's Guide to Monster Hunting: Part 2 - Issues and Support Thread

Trying to make a Mycelian and ran into two issues already. Symbotic Assimilation only allows you to choose one adaptation from your corpse species instead of two, and bizarrely, if you select the "Choose an Option" section twice under the Size category, it disables the Small and Medium options from showing up entirely, and you're left with the "Choose an Option" box that doesn't add options to choose from. I had to change species and then change back for it to allow me to choose my size again, and if you select "Choose an Option" after having selected Small or Medium, the options disappear again, and I had to change species and change species back again for it to re-enable me to Choose a Size option. If it matters I have chosen Tiefling as my corpse species and "RESISTANCE (CTHONIC ONLY)" as my one available adaptation, when, as I said, there should be two choices available.

not to be that guy, but the entire page in heliana’s part 2 for parasite warlock is written as if it’s 2014 version, saying the spells are available to pick from first level- when 2014 version would pick their patron/subclass.
Not to mention with every other subclass introduced with 2024 rules during the times of 2024 rules all warlock subclasses introduced have had all spells granted barring the predator patron from humblewood tales, and the many patron from griffins saddlebag book two. Which may have been overlooked in the transitions between 5e and 5.5e.

All patrons from 5e expanded still run on the expanded spell-list system, however as we see from undead patron, the subclasses are being changed to known-spell-lists gradually as they are being balanced and re-released in newer content.
