 The Vestige's Strike attack bonus now equals CHA+PB. If you have anything else that adds to your spell attack bonus, you'll need to include those manually. You can click the attack, open the Customize menu in the sidebar, and add an attack bonus there.

 This is a current system limitation, so the roll has been hidden. If you'd like it displayed anyway, you can go to the Actions tab and click Healing Touch, then open the Customize menu in the sidebar. There you can click "Display as Attack" and manually add a damage bonus to match your CHA.

 Thanks! The dev team implements the fixes. I’m more like an expeditor, doing what I can to help things run smoothly on both sides of the fence.

We just got word today, though, that the RAI is for these to use the spellcasting ability from your class. They’ll be getting that implemented in the next few business days.

 What you're seeing on the Cleric is the current and correct behavior. In the current system, it's not possible to add that descriptive text without also adding the bonus to the save itself. You may need to remove and re-add the feat on your Druid to get the update.
