The custom ability scores for kobolds ask for a -2 to one stat, they no longer have a -2 to Strength since their previous update so this sounds like a holdover from a pre-Errata version of the race.
Tasha's Cauldron of Everything has been updated on D&D Beyond! There's now support for new Optional Class Features, Customizable Origins, limited use by proficiency bonus features, and the mobile app has been updated!
Thanks for the update, but this does not allow us to change the subrace bonus like the book states, only the main race bonus.
Please advise.
It should work, though you will see two separate options in the builder, one of the main race and one for the subrace. If you are still seeing this issue can you tell us what specific race and subrace you are using?
When you choose to customize the Orc race, it asks you to choose an ability score to replace the -2 Intelligence penalty even though the penalty was removed in errata.
Edit: Same with Kobolds.
Thank you for this report, we are looking into updating this.
I noticed that some of the races only let you switch one of your ability score increases, not both of them. For example, the Protector Aasimar subrace only lets you switch out Charisma, not Wisdom as well. Is this a bug or intended by design?
Deft Explorer doesn't appear to be properly granting expertise in Survival. It does seem to be working with athletics though. Not sure exactly what's going on here. Here's my character sheet if that helps:
The "additional ranger spells" optional feature in the character builder is listed as a "2ndt-level ranger feature."
Unless "2ndt" is an "optional" "ranger spell"ing, it's a typo. Heh, sorry for the pun, and it's an incredibly minor fix during what I'm guessing is an extremely busy time for you, but just wanted to point it out.
I'm not sure if it's been pointed out yet, but the 6th and 10th level features for Deft Explorer aren't working for me. The 1st level one does, however, the 6th level favored enemy is still appearing instead.
The Origin Ability Score option is pretty busted. I tried to make a Sea Elf but couldn't move the +1 I got from Con, only the +2 from Dex. Also tried to create a Fire Genasi with the Origin rules, but not only could I not move the +1 to INT, but could not even move the +2 in CON, in fact it acted like there was no CON bonus whatsoever after I turned on the Origin Ability Score.

This seems to be for all races with subraces. I am currently on a high-elf, but have also checked out Mountain Dwarf, Mark of Warding Dwarf, Scourge Aasimar.
When I go to a race that has no subraces, Tabaxi, Aaracokra etc, it allows for both increases to change.
Bug/digital character sheet errata: New spells in Tasha's Cauldron (ones with an *) are also added to the Additional Spell List optional feature. As a result, these "new" spells show up twice in the Spell Manager section.
(i.e. Only PHB spells in the list should be added as part of an expanded spell list, not spells that are part of a class' spell list by default.)
Example, from the wizard spell list (note: screenshot includes some homebrew spells)
They show up twice on the character sheet, because they are already added to the wizard spell list by default.
Because variant human is considered a subrace of human if you choose the origin ability increase option you will be given 6 points to assign from base human and 2 points to assign from variant human and of course the stacking bug lets you assign up to +7 in a single score with a spare point.
It seems no matter what i do the optional class feature seem to not show up for me. I have tried multiple browsers logging out and logging back in and nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this
Is it me or the origin score increase it terribly broken on non-variant human?

This is a known issue, but thank you for reporting it.

The Additional Spells under the Sorcerer Additional Features tab are the Bard Spells.

Good work so far.
Will note that Primal Companion for Ranger seems to be missing, or I cannot find it.

Ranger optional feature bugs:
-Deft explorer features at 6th and 10t level don't show up.
-Primal Awareness does not properly replace Primeval Awarness, both show up on the sheet.
-Selecting Favored Foe replaces Favored Enemy at 1st level, but the 6th level version of Favored Enemy still shows up.
-Favored foe displays "increase that damage by scalevalue - No level scale data available." on the character sheet.
For shadar kai specifically, the plus one option change isn't available. cheers! thank you all your hard work with the release!!!

Orc origin ability score adjustment still references decreasing intelligence by 2, which I think WOTC got rid of
Fallen Aasimar can only change the main race charisma bonus and not the sub strength bonus.
EDIT: HAS BEEN CORRECTED

Minor bug when using Monk's alternative class features. This is how it looks like on the sheet:
when will custom lineage be supported?
