Does anyone happen to know what the coat of arms of the Harpells (the eccentric wizard family who owns the hamlet of Longsaddle) is? I mean the heraldic symbol they use to distinguish themselves as a family, for example on flags, insignia... Surely, like many prominent families, they too will have one, right?
I've done some research, including on sources that deal with the Harpells in some detail, but I can't find this information. However, since I'm not a great expert on the Forgotten Realms campaign setting, it's entirely possible that I'm missing something... so I ask if by chance anyone knows this information.

In the new book The Legend of Drizzt Visual Dictionary is a chapter about the Harpells, they do not seem to have an own coat of arms, BUT there is a picture of the Heraldry of Longsaddle. (picture taken with my phone, please excuse the shine ^^° )

Thank you very much for this information, I did not know of that book so I had missed that completely.
At this point, also given what Wi1dBi11 had answered before you, probably the Harpells really don't have an own coat of arms (as much as this surprises me). Perhaps because, after all, they are not a born noble house and have always been more interested in magic than in heraldry? However, since they are the lords of Longsaddle, they created it and they feel it as so strongly theirs, probably the Heraldry of Longsaddle could be the closest thing to their own coat of arms.
I'll probably use that.
Thanks, I really appreciated. You made a curious woman happy 😉
I'm a huuuge fan of Drizzt, so I really needed this book. (it just came out) It has two pages of infos about the Harpell family. (important members, a picture of the Ivy Manion etc)

I checked the fFR wiki and found nothing there, given that I suspect it was never described so you are free to make u your own version.
