I DM'ed 4 campaigns so far in the past. I am looking to get some more practice. It will be free to join. I am planning for a medium size campaign, once a week for several weeks most likely.
I allow homebrew but I will balance the game. If you can one shot end game bosses' level one, please expect to be one shotted as well. That being said, if you use an extremely weak homebrew (weaker than base game classes and races) i will balance the enemies in that direction as well.
Most my bosses will be customized (yes, this means there is a chance for custom drops - custom does not mean op or even strong)
I will select 3 or 4 of the applications and create a campaign based on each backstory.
Please submit character sheet, backstory and short memo of why you want to join a D&D campaign.
Applicants will be age restricted. 18+ only. Sorry, this is nonnegotiable.

hi! I’m not sure what rulebook you wanted me to use so I just used 5.5 as a placeholder. If you end up choosing me and there’s things you think would be cool to add to the character feel free! Also, let me know if the link doesn’t work. Backstory is in the character sheet. It has been way too long since I have been in a consistent campaign and ive got time on my hands. I don’t have a preferred platform and I don’t really have a preferred time. Also, I am 24 years old. Let me know if I should type the backstory out, can be hard to find in the sheet.

I have no issues adjusting equipment, I was preparing this charector for a campaign for a group of friends who wantes to start getting together and play but it quickly fell apart due to no steady place to play on top of girl and guy complications and people couldn't get along. It would be nice to play with people who thoroughly enjoy the game and want to get into their charector. Start a journey and finish it. I am 30. This will be my first time playing over the internet so if you have suggestions to the platform, just let me know.

Now he wanders the lowlands, a towering warrior wrapped in scars and silence. He hunts monsters, warlords, and anything that preys on the weak. Whispers follow him, some call him a protector…
Others call him a walking avalanche of death.

I don't have a backstory for my character yet, I would have to think about it a little bit more, but I do have a character. I would love to join your campaign and get a lot more experience with this. For your case, take your time, if you are interested, please provide a character sheet by 4/27. I plan to select the players by then. It could be a very laid-back sheet and during session zero we can add to it if we need.

I am a Forum Troll, level 20, I have lurked long on Forums since togas were the only Forum fashion fit to be seen in.
Being independently fabulous I never went to the Forums to fuss about the current topics cluching at the hearts of the common citizen, oh no I was there for the fun of the infuriation.
Aye, that was the essence on which I fed.
Then the dead internet came, one by one the soulless shadows of opinionated basement dwelling ogres and goblins became mere digital echoes on the web.
That on which I feed became decoy. I was being hunted.
Something in the dark cloud wanted my voice, my thoughts, my appearance and it would bekon to me with with euphoria inducing visions and body quaking cacophanies of sound and then assault my sense of security in the womb of illusion by casting "Concern for Current Events" directly upon my Unwillingly Awakened Mind.
Dread this, drat that!
Now what am I but a sheep shackled by the system and sent to be sheered and slaughtered?
Maybe I'll give it all up, change my Trollin' ways and go somewhere else, do something else, be someone else and nobody ever has to know I've been a Troll this whole time...how would they?
