Hi. I completely understand that eventually everything from 2014 will be replaced for DDAL.
My question is that, since I thought nothing was going to be simply banned, why is the 2014 half-Elf as good as banned, since the replacement printed in the latest Eberron book is NOT allowed in FR DDAL games...?

Where are you getting that half-elf is "shadow-banned"? 2014 half-elf and khoravar are different game options and not synonymous, and half-elf is still a valid option for AL:
On or after the release of the 2024 Player’s Handbook, you are welcome to rebuild your existing characters, swapping out any player options you’d like to use with the new rules. Just keep the grace period above in mind. If any player options have not been updated in the 2024 Player’s Handbook (i.e., subclasses, species, etc.), you should continue using the most recently published version of that option.

You will have to ask this question on the discord site. But around 23 24 it was decided that half-x race was not inclusive.

Yes, the half-breeds are banned. You can use either of them and flavour as half, or use customise origin.
