Is there any way to add these as either feats or some other. I'm working on tranfering a friends character sheet onto here for our campaign and she is afflicted with wererat lycanthropy.
Just make a feat that applies the changes relevant for the right therianthropic condition (because Lycanthrope is specifically wolves [literally "wolf man"] and the correct generic term is therianthrope ["beast man"] -- D&D's incorrect use of lycanthrope for non-wolf werebeings bugs the crap outta me).
Apply the feat, the character is the werewolf, wererat, etc and if the condition is ever cured, just remove the feat.
Not perfect, but the best ya get.

You would have to homebrew it.

What afflictions are you specifically thinking of? Would it be partial transformation, slowly getting more and more complete over time?
