male, chain armour, has a hand crossbow, human, no helmet black hair, pale skin, red eyes if possible if not green. Used to be a soldier if that helps with positioning. I don’t need this done anytime soon as well

Two version with pretty mild variations. Let me know which you prefer and what things you like about either. Also, let me know which aspects you'd like to be a little different. These have fairly minimal customization for now. Coloration isn't finalized and the features can change. We can pick and chose which elements are kept and still have some ability to remain fluid to make changes to just about anything.
That is more of an action shot. Crouched pose with a hand reaching down to grab another bolt.
The coloration here is subdued. Mostly natural looking leathers, metals, and wood colors.
Some mild facial hair was added, and technically there is a very light bit of freckling to make the skin tone look a little more realistic (still a little too subtle).
The cloak has runes on it to tie into your subclass theme.
There is a single point you can bring the camera to and see exactly where both the eyes and crossbow are aiming for screenshots.
This version has different hair and no facial hair.
This version also has some mild facial structure customization for a more heroic appearance.
It's common that people fawn over black and red as a color scheme. So, this is using that for hte leathers in the gloves and boots.
Coloration was adjusted slightly on the chainmail to make the bit around the shoulders and legs have more blue in the color and do darken the chainmail on the torso and skirt.
The cloak is different and there's a more fantastical color in the different set of runes.

This goes for realism and realistic colors. It's got a custom face that looks more heroic. The crossbow was changed to a hand crossbow. The colors here lean towards muted realism.
I think that looks a little absurd, but it goes in the opposite direction to demonstrate a range. The weapon is intensely detailed and foreboding. The chainmail is made of thousands of links of magic crystal. The gloves and boots include enchantments with glowing magics running through them. The cloak is a liquid metal.
Personally, I tend to lean towards realism with characters. But, I can throw things in that are pretty different. Not only can we swap color schemes and equipment. We can change the materials things are made of to be less mundane. Maybe your character is in a desert or snowy environment? This works well for characters doing the Rime of the Frostmaiden module. I can change the base to look like that and also include coloration on the bottoms of the legs to seem like that dust or snow has gotten onto the clothing.
And example of the environment effects on a character can be seen here: https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=15435294/ With that you can see the layers of white on the left thigh and below, and alone the right shin and below.

It's a gnome druid. The request was for a female gnome worshiper of Lolth who uses summon magic to bring spiders to aid in combat. The color palette requested was dark colors.
I went with a couple shades of dark greens and a very dark and dirty yellow as an accent color. I used a pure black to help the very dark green come through as green. I also used a dingy looking brass for metallic parts. The face is custom, the pose is custom, I believe all of the colors were customized.
I took a quick pass at this. Let me know which aspect you like and which you like less and I can take another pass.
The pose was set as something aggressive.
The colors are generally realistic and muted. The cloth, leathers, and metal colors tend to be realistic and a bit less fanciful. I'm guessing at the level of the character and what kind of gear they have. But, if you start with super fancy things there's no room for growth in the visuals of a character. It's dwarven and male. It's got a massive beard and mustache. This is wearing plate armor and he's equipped with a flail and shield in hand, and also a greatsword on the back.
It's hard to know what "golden prideful colors" means. I can't tell if that's coded language for "make him super gay".
This version was designed to utilize clan colors of red and gold with a tertiary pop of green as a crystal in the hilt of the greatsword. This demonstrates both literal golden colors as pops of gold in the armor, and also reds in the leather bands holding his hair and beard. These would be prideful displays of wealth, craftsmanship, and clan colors. https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=58936865/
This version incorporate the colors of the pride flag in two ways as a super gay variant in case this is what you were looking for. First, the rainbow exists like a beacon on the shield. Secondly, each of the colors is represented in order from head to toe as accent colors. In this process I further muted some of the other colors on the outfit to make sure these pops of color stand out more. If this is what you had in mind I don't know how far you want this to be taken. There are options to apply color to the hair and beard. Additionally, more color can be used in the materials. It's pretty easy to overwhelm the visuals with color. https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=58937119/

Glad you like them. Those are both still pretty quick rough drafts. They can get more detailed and look nicer.
Send me a private message and we can work through any improvements. No charge, no tips, no donations.
