I have been playing DnD for what seems like forever, and one of the most enjoyable aspects of it for me is the art. I really enjoy flipping through old (and new) source books just to look at the pictures, either for inspiration or just for nostalgia purposes. Some particular images bring back old memories and remind me of DnD every time I see them. My particular favorite is the one from the original (?) DM Screen from the early '80s, which embodies everything that I think of when I think of DnD:

Erol Otus and Tony DiTerlizzi are my favorite RPG artists, but there's something about this Wayne Reynolds piece that I just love. It totally encapsulates the goofy, frantic energy of the players realizing that anything is possible in an RPG.

I am really drawn to the current cover for the Sword Coast adventurers guide, it's one of my favorites!
This image, I remember staring at it when I went through the 2nd Edition PHB, so nostalgic.
I remember trying to figure out which classes each person in the picture would be.
Starting from left to right:
-Ranger
-Cleric
-Fighter
-Mage
-Fighter
That's my thoughts.
